    Arrow From Noah - response

    Hi all,

OK, first I'd like to say my intention was not to misrepresent, truly I'm sorry if it seemed that way.

I understand what you say about the quickness of withdrawals, and we also understand that speed of withdrawals is one of the most important issues to the experienced player, as a former player I'm well aware of that. But I promise you, despite what you may think, we have no interest in delaying withdrawals, for the simple reason that its bad for business - quicker withdrawals maintain customers' loyalty and quicker return to play with us, this is something we ARE mending, yes its a tired old drum but its still an existing drum, and you will start seeing more than one new thing this September, I assure you. September and October will be s period Rome Casino will undergo many changes, all for the better. Many of our developments will be ready during that time, as will our TST certification.

But not to sidetrack the issue at hand. I wish I had a better answer. We do not hide these terms from any player, They have always been our terms.
We are honest about it, and believe me working on improving it. I understand you do not approve, I can only hope that one or two of you will believe me when I say this is not a tactic designed to hurt the player, we are much more interested in creating long term relationships with our players than we are in making them cancel their withdrawals. I have offered my help to the player in compensating for the delay she has suffered, I still do.

    Kind Regards,

    Noah

    Hello Cindy,

I'm sorry, didn't mean to. Yes players can still deposit while a withdrawal is pending, they do NOT have to cancel their withdrawals.

    Cheers

    hey jas2587

just so you know ...You may be able to play and deposit- however with a pending withdrawal you're NOT eligible for a deposit bonus at ROME, atleast that's what support always tells me.

    happy playing!

If you are talking about me, then I am still awaiting my "compensation"- I have been intouch with you already via email- under username ronaldo1- I responded to your email yesterday about my account closure and still have yet to hear back from you. So for the record- nothing YET has been done for me.

Five days for a withdrawal to be approved? Geeze, I get annoyed when a withdrawal lasts longer than 48 hours. No matter what the casino rep says, its very clear that payment delays mostly have the goal to incent a reversal and eventually loss of the funds. There are many casinos that really pay fast (from instant payment to webwallets to 24 hours), so why would a player bother to even open an account in a casino that will let him wait five days for his/her winnings to be approved?

    Just my 2 cents

The manager told me that because the casino had taken too many losses and they had to change the system to recover. I don't know if I'm wrong in feeling this way but that doesn't exactly sound like a very good answer?! So was he basically admitting to me that the system was set NOT TO PAY?
Hi Lucy, don't even know where to start, lol. As Nifty said, thanks a million for the post(s) and for sharing your experience. There are numerous threads on here re: Topgame Software, and there has been a warning issued by Bryan regarding the software itself, and support issues.

The part of your post I'm most interested in is where you say that about two months ago you noticed a big change in the way the slots played. Would it by any chance be around May 21st or thereabouts? Maybe closer to three months? I'm asking because this is when the problems with the software seemed to have started...and in another thread, Noah has confirmed that the jackpot version of the game Dougie's Delights (with a $192,000 jackpot) was removed from the software. It was also about this time that another player noticed wild symbols completely missing off the reels of Dougie's Delights and Fandango (I believe). It took Topgame until June 16th to finally admit to "technical issues" with these games, and to yank them.

They were adamant that they had contacted ALL players who had played these games during that time and that they were all compensated. In effect, these people had played a game that it was near impossible to win on. Did you play either of these games Lucy...and if so, were you contacted and compensated for your play?

I don't know what they did to the games, but it seems pretty clear that they fiddled with them somehow, thus causing symbols to go completely missing. And the removal of the jackpot game almost a month prior to them even admitting any issues at all, is extremely worrisome. Especially given the fact that the game and the jackpot are still missing.

Again, thanks for posting Lucy. You should really check out the other thread here in Online Casinos titled "Another Topgame Screwup" (or something like that, lol)..and the one in Casino Complaints - Non Bonus Issues titled "Topgame Slots - Rogue Software".

    Hey Pina!

Actually it was anywhere from 2 and half to 3 months back that the whole system seemed to have changed- I never played those two games really but I figure if those two games you mentioned had problems then nothing really excludes other games from being faulty also?!

The funniest part was when I finally became frustrated enough and decided to ask why there was such a huge change in the slots and in the payouts- a manager by the name of Mark told me that because the casino had made so many payout and taken so many losses the system had to recover itself...LOL Too bad I didn't get that in a saved chat- instead we spoke over the phone!

Anyhow, at this point I'm just at a loss for words with this casino!

You guys have all been really great and welcoming!

    Thanks a bunch
