    Superior

    I really need to vent

    I got a 5.00 n/d bonus from Superior - I did really well but can only cash out 35.00 - now here is my gripe. Its only 35.00 they want me to deposit 25.00 ( don't have to wager of course.) to verify my Q/T account. Now I have to deposit 50.00 to Q/T and deposit to Superior and will probably have to wait 5 days to get the money. I think this sucks. I could understand verifying for fraud purpose if I have never deposited but I have a lot of times..

    Thats a bt weird. That they ask you to deposit if u have in the past? I would probably tell them to forget about it and place my money elsewhere in the future!

    that does suck and i cant blame you for venting, i have seen in the t/c where they may ask you to make a small deposit to verify, have you ever played there before?.....laurie

    Were any of your previous deposits via QT? If so, they should not have to ask you for such a thing. I suspect that casinos do not have to do this, but simply "choose" to.

    I know that 3Dice has been able to deposit to MB for me, and that Cherry Red is willing to (if I ever acheive a cashout), because my preferred method is by prepaid credit card, which cannot be paid back to.

    I just looked my deposits have been from Netspend Visa - but Q/T is my only withdrawl option. I would think since this " deposit " is for fraud prevention any deposit should prove I'm not out for a freebie - its only 35.00

    That sucks Classy! I play at Superior and had my cashouts ok from them but I dont like what their putting you through

    I really think that if youve cashed out at one Rival, you should be able to cashout at another. especially if you have the same exact info in your file
