I sent their rep a PM a few months ago but not heard back - she didn't log in the 2nd part of 2008 at all.
The problem is not solved yet and their support is useless. AFAIK this is an accredited casino, so this shouldn't happen.

This is what I sent them:

"Hi

I won €10 + €100 on one of your promotions, however only the €10 was credited. This is from early September.

I'm in email tennis with your customer service who are waiting for the marketing team and always have a good excuse why they can't answer. Can you help me?

It's Incident: 080911-000213 in your system."
