Review of Lil' Lady Slots - new Wager Works

More than that, it IS Wolf Run even down to the sounds. Eexcept for the bonus symbol landing and the fact that the ladybirds don't howl like a wolf. Which has to be a good thing ecologically! As it goes, I happen to like Wolf Run so I will play this too I suspect, but it's not the most exciting WW release yet it must be said I still rate "Elvis - A Little More Action" very highly of the newer games, which is effectively a clone of the land-based 50-payline version of Wolf Run.

With all due respect, people don't want direct copies of other games, they want new, innovative games. And saying 255 spins is a joke, I've never seen more then 20 won. Ever.

I can't even play anyways - I'm from the free country that is.. not free to play.

I do not see other casino reps promoting the presence of new games in an overt fashion such as this. Happy for that to occur if that's what the forum's about of course, but I don't think it is.

    Woooof
    I totally agree!
An un-biased slot review by a real player here on the forum is one thing - but this 'sugar coated marketing garbage' just gets right up my nose!
IMO rochie didn't actually write that post himself, but just cut & pasted it from the software's own marketing material.

Don't get me wrong - I really like WagerWorks games & Paddy Power casino (my regular WW), but this is not the place to be posting stuff like this - at least, not in the way it was presented.

But an interesting question has been raised in this thread - on the one hand early notification of a new game is no bad thing in my view (and I believe players are sufficiently mature and knowledgable to be able to mentally screen out the hyperbole that is almost inevitable where marketers are involved) On the other, an objective review by an experienced player is ultimately going to have more weight, but usually takes a little time to emerge, if at all.

Surely reasonable tolerance suggests that there's a compromise? Don't chase away the guys using the most read section of Casinomeister to give the members here an early heads up on a new game and (mentally) skip the blurb on the understanding that (hopefully) one of our number will provide a totally factual and unbiased player review in time ?

I do agree with that - but it was the way it was presented which got my goat.

If rochie had complied his post something like this:-
"Hey guys, we've got a new slot at Paddy Power! This is what WagerWorks have to say about it:-
    <Marketing bollocks>
Give it a try & see what you think."

I would have had no objection.

Mind you - I might then have picked up on his blatant pushing of a PP promo right underneath...

Nearly all online slots have a HA of 4 to 5%.
I've been profiting from them (using bonuses) for over 4 years...
So yes, I will carry on "chucking my money away" - thanks for the advice!

Sure but I never directed my post at those who know to play with bonuses.
In any case, playing with a bonus using slots doesn't make every bonus offer profitable after the HA and WR.

I'm aware of what you do, it's a very small drop in a very large ocean matey

And its still way better than land based.

I play for the entertainment and I'm happy to throw my money away if I get enjoyment from it. Some prefer bungee jumping for the adrenaline rush but throwing myself off a bridge isn't high on my agenda...either way we both come away feeling sick sometimes, and other times we get a buzz And hey, the minute you drive a new car off the forecourt you lose 20% of it's value - that's a pretty high house edge too Different things for different people.

On the topic at hand, it doesn't overly bother me having game release news from accredited casinos, but maybe there ought to be another forum like "Game Releases" these go into?
