Why Slotocash leads the pack

As a fan of Rival slots since they appeared on the scene, I have tried just about all of the casinos using the software...some better than others.

I have no hesitation in stating that Slotocash is the best of them by a country mile.

Why?

I'll tell you:

1. Emails are answered very promptly, often within minutes.
2. Withdrawals can be flushed (which speeds up the process, unlike other Rivals)
3. Free bonuses do not generally have maximum cashouts
4. Deposit bonuses have reasonable wagering attached, usually 15x(D+B)
5. My cashouts are ALWAYS paid within 24 hours, some within 4 hours.

The part that I dont understand is WHY other Rivals cant match them? Ive played a little at another Rival casino lately but found when I cashed out on a Thursday I didnt get paid until Tuesday, regardless of the fact that they flushed my withdrawal for me (kind of defeats the purpose). I did email them and ask why they take up to 5 business days to pay ( I have actually waited that long ) and I just get a generic "our withdrawal policy is 2-5 business days".....then I replied asking "yes I know that but WHY...what makes your system different when you use the same software etc etc".....well I didnt get a response to that one sO I guess they dont give a toss anyway.

Bottom line is that Slotocash gives me what I want (and what most players want)....FAST cashouts, FAST customer service and REASONABLE bonus offers.

We really need, as players, to start voting with our money and send a message to those casinos who dont pay us within 24 hours.

Dont bother with the other Rivals, who obviously devote more time to banning players from promotions than actually looking after their players and enticing players to spend more.....when you have 25x D+B or more wagering then we are always going to lose in the long run so why ban someone and p*ss them off?? You'll never see your money again!

Stick with Slotocash and you cant go wrong.

Couldn't agree with you more. There is a huge difference between slotocash and the other rivals. I always wondered why there weren't more threads about slotocash and i think it's because there are very few problems in playing there. There's just not too much to talk about because they do so many things right!

I've never had any problems and cashouts are always within 24 hours.

I also play at irishluck and have had no problems either, but their cashout times fit into the 2-5 days category, though in my experience, it's always about 2 business days (sucks if you cashout on thurs or fri.)

I remember there were a bunch of threads about issues with rival and in every thread, someone would always say "....except slotocash..."

You would think the other rivals would take notice of this...

While Slotocash is still the best among the Rivals there is definitely room for improvement. The timing of their promotions (not in cashier) leaves a lot to be desired. Usually, they send you an email saying that if you deposit and wager $x at a certain slot, you get $x free the next day. What they fail to realise is that the promo is valid for 1 day only and they send it out at about noon which leaves you only 12 hours to meet the promo terms.

On one occasion, after being back from work, I read the email and complied with the terms of the promo in question to the letter. I failed to realise that the validity date had expired 7-8 hours ago. This begs the question. There are players from a multitude of countries so how can you expect them to be able to take promos lasting only 12 hours. I sent them my comments and they promised to take this into account but goofed up on the very next one. To their credit they said they were willing to abide by the terms if I played and wagered even though the promo had expired.

The cashouts are prompt, usually within 24 hours after the pending period. However, I am wondering whether they have access to the player database shared by other Rivals. I played quite a lot at Slotocash and whenever I lose they send me a $10 freebie to cheer me up. However, in the past 2 months or so, they havent been doing this and when I enquired they were reluctant to provide me with a direct answer. My deposits (with and without bonuses) are roughly the same so I dont know why they are withholding the NDs when they are still offering them to others. RobRival has explicitly stated that I am bonus banned at several Rivals so is there a connection between all that?

Still, as Nifty and Hippo have stated, this Rival is still the best among them all.

I would not know anything about this since slotocash probably is the only rival where I´ve never won enough to withdraw.
I´ve been lucky at all the others and phantasia had my withdrawl with me in less than 8 hours,
Sloto is probably the one I have deposited most into since i keep hearing all these great things, but so far - not a win =)
However I do belive you that they are great in all other ways!

As a player & affiliate I have to say Sloto are definitely the leader of the Rival pack which is great, but it's equally frustrating that the other Rivals do not seem to be interested in trying to compete.

Like you say, their bonuses are always sensible, and there's always lots of them; whenever I log in I have to use the scroll bar to see all the current bonuses on offer to me because the go off the bottom of the screen, whereas other Rivals only have 0 - 4 offers at any one time.
They pay their affiliates faster than any other casino I know, pay me very quickly as a player and from what I've heard, pay their other players pretty damn quick too!

One thing which I'm sure speeds up the payments is they are one of only 2 or 3 Rivals who don't use Pantasia for processing their payments - in fact they might be the only one...(?)

I know their reps are coming to the conventions in London in January - I hope Bryan will find time to talk to them & consider accreditation, because IMHO they certainly deserve it!

Sloto'Cash is the only Rival I deposit at now after being bonus banned at every other Rival casino. They were always my first choice to play at anyway, great regular bonus offers and very quick payouts.

For me there's really no choice. Sloto is the only Rival casino that treats me as a player, and not as some evil slotcheater and bonus abuser (?????) from Denmark.
If I'm to be treated differently than other players, and accept ridicoulus wagering requirements on shi**y bonus offers, simply because I'm from a specific country, they can take their casino and....and....and... stuff it where the sun doesn't shine

I thought so too but I am currently waiting for Irish Luck to come back and resolve a technical issue at a paigow poker game which occurred nearly a week ago. The solution was simple ie the house way was wrong and that is explicitly stated in the House Rules. How they were unable to resolve it is difficult to comprehend. I have talked to support several times but each time they give the standard answer ie we will come back to you when our tech team reports back. This borders on poor customer service. So Sloto is still the leader IMO.
