When playing the Hitman slot yesterday it appeared that I did not receive credit for smaller wins when one wild was involved. Has anyone else noticed this?

I've not seen it, but this is something which can easily slip by unnoticed. Did you get a screenshot?
If you're reasonably certain something is amiss and you didn't take a screenshot, the next thing to do is go through Playcheck & try to find the suspect spin(s).
This could be very time-consuming if you played a lot of spins & don't have a good idea of exactly when it occurred...
