    Royal Vegas

Just got a disc through the post from them. 1000 free spins and the winnings are yours to keep. Seems like one of those too good to be true offers. And a web address on the leaftlet proves just that. It's not quite the exclusive offer it says, as anyone can get it on the website, and of course the winnings are not yours to keep, you have to make a deposit and any winnings you make - which is limited to £200 - become your bonus.

Don't get me wrong, I'm more than happy to accept this offer, but it lets me have a bit of a moan at things not quite being what they seem.

Anyone else get this posted to them?

There are quite a few MG casinos making this type of offer, and I agree it is very misleading of them to say 'keep what you win', and that they should be up-front & say 'keep what you win up to £X'
They also fail to mention that you need to make a deposit to claim the cash in the form of bonus chips & then complete standard wagering, which of course puts your deposit at risk.

Some of these offers are quite poor when you analyse the small print, but then again some of them are extremely good & can equate to getting a deposit match bonus of up to 500%, 1000% or even 2000%!

I have a list of about 10 of these at the bottom of my freebies page, giving you the max bonus, the deposit amount & the equivalent bonus % if you're interested.
(Note: Some details could be wrong now as the bleedin' casinos keep changing things!)

I think what annoyed me the most with this, is how it wasn't marketed as one of those '£1000 and 60 minutes' etc. If it had of said that, I would have understood, probably thought 'why are they sending me this' and thrown it to one side. I have looked on your website in the past, which is very useful by the way , and have done similar offers, such as those in the Casino Rewards group to name but a few, and don't have a problem with depositing to receive a pretty decent bonus most of the time. In fact, they've mostly been damn profitable.

But as I said, this didn't appear like that. It dropped onto the mat, I instantly saw the 1000 spins and keep what you win, read about how they were trying to rebrand themselves etc, and thought to myself this seems rather tasty. Yet the disappointment only really kicked in when I saw it wasn't this 'exclusive offer' I was lead to believe, in essence it's just a remarketed version of the freeplay system.

As you say, it's misleading to say the least. Wouldn't have had a problem if it stated maximum winnings x, initial deposit required before withdrawal and so forth, but I totally disagree with how they presented it. I've always interpreted the word 'freespins' to mean just that, so I'd much have prefered it if they instead worded it £1000 free. Or perhaps just not have sent it to me in the first place.

Yeah i got that disc too. Thought is was a good offer so i gave it a try. You get 1000 spins and 1000 credits but in order to get the money you have get over the 1000 credit mark. I stopped at 1174.00 so that gave me 174.00. You then have to make a minimum deposit of $20.00 and there is a x30 play through Not a bad deal i thought. Didnt make cashout ufortunatly.
