I do not trust gambling online anymore.

Go ahead and give me grief but its true.

I don't want to leave the forum, but I refuse to deposit anymore.

I haven't received any bonus from playing regular all year. Inetbet even forgot me last month even though I had a few deposits.

I doubt I will play anymore slots unless its B&M.

Look forward to all the winners screenshots, keep em coming.

Maybe when America gets straightened out I'll play again.

Thanks to all the casino's that remembered my deposits throughout the year.

Its always best to take a break when it gets to feeling that bad.
I'm sorry Catrina. I'm sure things will start to look up for you and I certainly hope you stick around and continue to share your input.

Hopefully the Christmas freebies will bring you a huge amount of good fortune.! I certainly wish you luck and again I hope you stick around:thumbsup:

Sure do hope you stick around CM, even if not playing online.

I know you played poker online, I would find it hard to trust that...what's to stop some friends from being on their cellphones.

My current health does not allow me to go to B&M's as often as I used to, but I do enjoy them more myself. Plus, the food is better:lolup:

To be honest, the AP/UB scandal alone is quite enough to put doubt in any online player's mind.

Bryan doesn't make it a requirement that we gamble to be members here. ;)

Take a break... save your money and your hair... pop in here to check in on what's going on. (Whether we play online or not we all need to keep an eye on the domain seizure mess in Kentucky....)

Have a great Holiday Season!

I'm sorry your feeling like this. The casinos have been so cheap in giving bonuses these past few years.I always use to get matching bonuses now I am lucky if i get those cheap 10 or 20 percent bonuses. But I now do something different. I never use to cashin until my win reached 1,500. Now I cash in if my win is 300!! If they think the U.S is so cheap they can no longer reward us with bonuses and free money, then I will just agree with them and earn something in the process.LOL take a break from this and see how you feel in a few days and try again! I hope you get lots of Holiday Money from the Casinos!

Being a member of many casinos, i agree that there aernt many out there that actually reward you and reward you often for the time and deposits that you spend there. This is the reason why i have over 40 casinos on my desktop of which only 3 or 4 ill play at (usually). Spin Palace and mummys gold are STILL number 1 in my eyes for rewarding play. I get a 100 % double up bonus from this group of casinos at least twice a week and numerous other deposit matches inbetween. I can name MANY mg casinos alone here who seem to think that by sending me emails offering me 15 % cashback or a deposit match of 25 % or even 50 % that im going to feel inclined to play with them. Erm NO sorry, isnt going to happen. Im a bonus player, i enjoy extending my play time and having a wagering requirement to get through, it sets me a marker of when to stop and of that im glad. WHY would i take a paltry 15, 25 or 50 % deposit bonus or cash back when i can play at my trusted casinos who offer me 100 % and sometimes more.

Spin Palace ALONE has given me a FREE 100 New year chip with no requirements attached to it. i mean that really is unbeatable as far as im concerned. 32 RED is also good at offering bonuses, although lately theyve been a little tight in my eyes.

Its just an overall uneasy feeling.

I am not losing really, that is not the reason. I played a lot at jackpot factory, and when MG banned the US from the progressives I quit depositing because of the different stories and conflicting reports.

I looked up my year to date deposits and withdrawals with JF and was only slightly down. I lost at inet although not a lot because I do not gamble past a strict limit. I am sure I am ahead at 3Dice but that was because I got a $25 birthday bonus after I quit depositing there and won a very nice withdrawal. I didn't redeposit any and now my status dropped to where I can't even play the free vip tourneys.

I trusted these 3 casino's explicitly, JF, Inet and 3D.

Microgaming really lost my trust with the US policy. I hadn't won at inet in forever so I knew a deposit there was throwing it away. I might have played there again but the small managers bonus I looked forward to disappeared last month and I wasn't going to ask for it again. I might not have played enough to suit them but I did deposit and play.

I will probably try 3D again but I just wan't to see how this gambling bill Bush hurried through pans out.

There is already enough pressure on our banks without trying to make them be the internet police.

I tried poker but too many miracle wins on the river from people who shouldn't even be in the hand makes me question who wins and loses there.

I would like to play in my heart but my head tells me to wait and watch.

I really don't care to play with any bonus attached to my deposit, but a freebie every once in a while makes you feel appreciated instead of feeling like a sucker.

They are born every minute.

Ah sorry to hear that Catrina M, what exactly happened to cause you to stop playing? Was it one big event, or was it a bunch that just proved to the "straw on the camel's back"?
And I'm sorry to see you're still posing as "a regular punter"
IMO you should make clear that you are employed by the former Crystal Palace group by adding something to your signature or title (under your username).
What's happened to the transparency then?
I was just brought on board as part of a new team for SilverOakCasino.com (and the Silver Oak group), as they're now under new management and we want to be friendlier, more fun and more importantly - more transparent!

We realize that the previous group had its issues and may have rubbed some people the wrong way, but we want to completely change that so we're going to be offering more unique creative and promotions and far better customer service.

One of the biggest problems with online casinos (I'm sure y'all will agree) is that you never really know who's behind the scenes and how secure an operation is. Well, I'm one of the people behind the scenes and we've got a really good team here now filled with industry-experienced Yankees, Canucks and Brits (oh and a few Irish too - can't forget the Paddys!), so in the next few months you'll see a lot of changes - in how we talk to customers, how we look to customers, what we offer them and how we treat our affiliates.

KasinoKing,

You gotta calm down man. I JUST updated my account as CasinoMeister asked me to do and want to be compliant with the rules here, but I also have other things such as "life" and "work" that I do as well.

I was asking a simple, innocent question because I was generally interested in why Catrina stopped playing. I know you're just sitting, waiting, ready to pounce because you think I'm up to something diabolical, but I'm new here and just trying to get a sense of what the current issues are here and in the industry. I'm 100% transparent and will answer any questions anyone has. Don't be so quick to rip into others.

So I say, first off, take a chill pill. No one likes a nasty person, so instead of ripping into someone and acting like the site's policeman, instead just watch a funny video, or go talk to someone about how their day's going.

I'm brand spankin' new and trying to do good things at my company and have nothing to hide. I just ask, please, for some understanding because I'm brand new to this site.

I don't represent a "rogue" site...I work for the company that took over from a "rogue" site. If anyone - and I mean anyone - has any issues with the casinos I work for from here on out, I will personally look into any problems and try to get them settled and if the company says "no we're not paying them" then I'll quit because I take pride in what I do and don't' want to work for crooks.

Everyone I've met here is super nice, most people here have families, so we're not devils hiding in the wings. I ask before you go and try to burn me on the stake just email me and ask me anything you want to know.

Like I said, I'm 100% transparent (name's Mike, 27, from Canada) and just want to contribute to this forum, that's it. If you personally have a problem with me KasinoKing, be a man and email me your grievances, because although I want to be a part here and make friends, I'm not going to be ripped into by someone for no reason.

If you call my previous post being "ripped into" you could be in for a seriously rough ride here! :p
On December 4th in your 'Introduce Yourself' thread I expressed my opinion that you should identify who you represent in your posts here. You wrote a very long reply to myself/Bryan, but still couldn't find 60 seconds to update your signature...
Then when I reminded you you 'went off on one' again. I can assure you that you are not the only one round here who is extremely busy and getting pulled in all directions. Stress is something most of us have to deal with every day.
Anyway I'm not going on about this any more, but I would appreciate it if next time you post you'd leave your 'holier than thou' attitude at the door.

I welcome your input to the forum as the Silver Oak Group representative and wish you well in what you are trying to achieve.

Hey Catrina...
I'm just getting started as you know - and not without a degree of apprehension, knowing that with "my luck" I'd be unlikely to fare any better than at any real venue I ever played at.
But I'm sorta doing ok at 32red -
Won't know for sure until I have met their "staking requirement"... which after 3 days solid play is only halfway there yet.

If I can last out, Wow - do I have a screen shot for You !

Meanwhile, sorry to hear your news - :(
Hope you do stick around. We only just became friends girl ...
