You know what ticks me off more than not being able to play the games? The fact that the casinos send out the new games announcement emails but never offer any sort of information or reason as to why US players can't play it. (Yes, it probably has to do with US Patents, etc. -- like the reason we could never play 'real' casino games like Cleopatra at Virgin, etc.) Red Flush did at least have enough consideration to put a little disclaimer in their newsletter saying that My Slot is not available to US players, but (for me) that is not enough.
The total lack of communication on all fronts from MG casinos (we still don't know which/when/if MGs are going to lock out all US play) is really beginning to piss me off.
