#508960763). You were asking about why the game didn't display the win properly.
There is no evidence of a malfunction in crediting wins to your account. We have
reviewed your account and you were credited properly for this spin and for all other
spins as well. We take this very seriously and you can be sure that you will always
be credited properly.
We are still investigating the problem with the win not being displayed properly.
This is an isolated problem and we have no other examples, making it difficult to
reproduce the problem. However we will track it down.
