I have checked my records, and yes, THEIR BLOODY ERROR YET AGAIN, even though not quite in the way I thought. I met requirements and claimed on Thursday, which was the 18th. This was BEFORE the 21st right, any sane person might agree, but not Ladbrokes CS, they have replied with yet another set of questions
They seem hell bent on smashing last year's record for failing to resolve a relatively trivial problem. I believe they are already equal, and even not counting Xmas and Boxing day, they will be in new territory very soon.
1) £50 scratchcard, played & claimed Sat, error noted & reported Sunday. Now Thursday, and STILL unresolved despite several exchanges and one completely ignored email. SHOULD have been resolved Monday simply by checking that the £50 had not been credited, and correcting it.
They now ask me which promo this was. Bloody hell!!! How many damn SCRATCHCARD promotions are they running at the moment, don't they even have a clue
It is no wonder there is all this trouble if CS have no idea what promotions they are offering and have to ask the PLAYERS. All this causes is a seemingly endless game of "email tennis", rather than a service to resolve problems as efficiently as possible.
I thought BelleRock CS were bad, but this lot are even worse![]()
