Can you also cash out at any time if you all ready had a cash balance, when the bonus chips are added.

Or do you just simply convert your casino balance over to the sportsbook, only played at ladbrokes a couple off times. Thanks for the help

Ladbrokes are very lax in the 'bonus chip wagering' department, but I very strongly recommend that you always complete the extraordinarily generous WR of only B x 4 before withdrawing. I have found that wagering for the next promo seems to count as WR towards bonus chips already awarded.
I have made literally £1,000's off their slots promos this year (£4,545 to be exact), so you really don't want to do anything to risk not getting further bonuses IMHO.

What I do is always keep a balance of couple of hundred quid minimum in my account - generally when it gets above £1,000 I withdraw £500. I never withdraw my entire balance. Seriously, no self promo or anything - Ladbrokes offer the easiest free money anyone is ever going to find anywhere on the internet today. Enjoy it while you can!

Into the third week, and one record has fallen already, but NOT one that Ladbrokes should be proud of, in fact, they should hang their heads in shame.

The number of mistakes by CS has so far exceeded all fears (expectations?), and my impression is that they have managed to get even WORSE in the 9 months I had their casino uninstalled.

They are so slow, and mistakes so frequent, that they simply "pile up", and it becomes almost impossible to keep track of things.

Gift Crap has lived up to it's name by only ever giving 3 to 5 gifts before that nasty snowman shuts the round down.

CS are useless beyond compare, it can take DAYS to even get them to comprehend the actual problem, let alone solve it.

"management/supervisor" level are the promotions team, office hours only, but all they are any good at is offering their "sincerest apologies" - a skill that is in great demand this month
What they are completely incapable of doing is learning from past mistakes, since ALL the mistakes made this month are ones they had the opportunity to learn from LAST YEAR.

Well, it is obvious how they can afford to "give money away" with these slots promotions to the likes of KK, they employ some of the poorest service personnel ever to grace the floor of anything other than a rogue casino.

The week began with a marathon 3 day mistake, one that should have taken a competent member of the team a few MINUTES to put right, they then followed on with THREE FURTHER MISTAKES, and only the most minor has been put right.

I did indeed "win" a £50 scratchcard - or rather I didn't, since one of the mistakes was actually a PAIR. An inept buffoon had used my SURNAME, and not my USERNAME in the pre-filled claim. Remembering the advice from earlier in the week to simply type in my login name over the top & claim - this is what I did, it worked then, when it was a mere £5, but didn't work yesterday.
I am not sure how my actual SURNAME ended up encoded in the scratchcard either, as it indicates I was lied to last year when I asked about the amount of player data sent out to the third party scratchcard provider, and in order for my real surname to be encoded into the scratchcard, it must have been sent to them as part of the data, which contradicts what I was told at the beginning of the year.

I just can't understand how KK puts up with all this crap from their CS, perhaps it is the £4,000 or so annual profit that makes it worthwhile, maybe it is, but it is still a shoddy way to operate a casino, and if they were to find themselves having to stop giving all this money away, their shoddy CS will see them lose customers by the handful.

i had this same problem here on my £300 win! my surname in as my username.. i changed this, and recieved nothing yesterday! i phoned customer services, and gave them screenshot, and money paid in my account today without any problem
i do know what you mean about lost scratchcards, i actually recieved 5 scratchcards in 1 day after phoning cs to say i had not recieved my scratchcards owed to me..pity i only won 2x£5.00 and other 3 nothing. but all in all, i have had issues dealt with very quickly off cs, and promotions team also were very quick to iron out any problems for me

This is just beyond a joke. Not just me, but you as well, exact same problem. My email seems to have been ignored, assuming that Monday 22nd counts as a "working day", hard to tell as Xmas approaches.

I just seem to be getting nowhere at all, and this is not with front line CS, this is the next step up, the promotions department.

Today, problems persist, no sign of the 25 credit match for depositing and playing on one of three designated slots, and STILL no sign of redress for the missing £50 scratchcard.
I am now actually owed £40 + £25, as it seems my £10 scratchcard was credited as £20 (it's damn hard to find Playcheck - WHY isn't it where it is supposed to be, as in every other MG casino).

These problems are not new, they were highlighted around this time last year, so WHY has nothing been done about it, are Ladbrokes simply not prepared to address the issues (same as with BelleRock), and are saying to players "accept our crap CS and systems as is, if you don't like it, go find another casino". This is a TERRIBLE attitude for a business to take towards it's customers, and it is truly astonishing that here in the UK Ladbrokes are considered a top quality business. It seems the big bosses don't give a rat's ass about how their online subsidiary is making them look like a bunch of amateurs.

I have emailed CS again, and STILL no luck. They tell me that a 100% match offer (25 for 25) expired on the 21st, but I am sure the page in the lobby had it BEGINNING on the 21st, and lasting for a few days. Since they have removed the page, I have no evidence, but if anyone saw this and played it, was it UP TO the 21st, or did it BEGIN on the 21st?

CS TOTALLY IGNORED AGAIN the issue of the missing £50 scratchcard. It seems they have problems with their reading skills. When I was at school, and an exam paper had 2 questions, I was expected to answer BOTH questions, not just the first one, and then sit back for the rest of the exam - if I did, I would fail.

I simply cannot understand this level of incompetence since it is so damn persistent, and by no means an isolated incident or two.

I doubt they have singled me out for an extra dose, so there must be MANY players out there struggling with these kinds of issues, and having to send a dozen emails to resolve a problem that should only take one or two.

THEY made the effort to get me back, they sent me an offer by snail mail, and this lead me to discover the £100 they lost last year, but only found after I had already had a bellyfull of their inept standards, and uninstalled the casino. It was the £100 that got me back, it wouldn't let me simply withdraw it.
