Thumbs up Irish Luck, treated like a King!

    Hi everyone

In my earlier post this week I aired my grievances about Irish Luck and the way I was treated.

The replies were really helpful in terms of the way some Rivals work but I wanted to create this new post for the sake of balance.

Gary at Irish Luck has taken the trouble to telephone me and has also emailed me several times. He has addressed the problems I was having and credited my account with a very generous bonus.

The best bit is that he has said that he is interested in feedback from players and is in direct contact with owner of Rival and it sounds like they really are trying to listen to players. So, if you have any ideas we should let them know.

AND, apparently there are new Rival games due which are different "style and play"

So, thanks for turning this disgruntled gambler around.

    Cheers

    J

Tristan & Gary I have the up most respect for the two of you at Irish Luck Casino.
I do judge people very well and I can see that Irish Luck casino will be over & beyond all the other Rival casinos.(Don't get me wrong they are all good) but that little extra touch of class customer service goes a long way.
I will not say witch one I just sent PM's and Email and never got a reply as of yet.But I do have to say Irish Luck is on the top.in this dept with any player issues that come up.
And I know Tristan will get to the bottom of every issue that comes up to help each and every players to get the issues resolved to it's fullest.
Tristan now I can take that $50 out after I got that Bingo T's Gift many times because of a glisch lol It's all good and we worked it all out and I Thank You you again.
Shhhhh don't tell them how many lol
    Thank You Gary & Tristan
    Tom

Everyone knows I am a big fan of Rival casinos & their software, but to say they listen to their players is just a complete joke. (Or maybe they do listen - but then decide to ignore us).

Ages ago I started this thread about Bugs, Errors & Annoyances with their software:-
    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...se-bugs-2.html
I wasn't 'having a go' - I want them to make their software the best on the net!

OK, to be fair they have fixed some of the bugs, but not all of them (to my knowledge), and no-one from Rival themselves came & made any comments - only reps from one or two casinos who saw the problems & tried their best to help.

One thing which no-one from Rival commented on was my frustration with their Autoplay, so I have just started a poll to see how many players agree with me:-
    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ost-first.html
If the majority disagree I promise to shut up about their crappy autoplay for ever!

Thank you so much Josh, we really appreciate it

I'm really happy that something positive came out of all of this.

I believe that top-notch personal customer service goes a very long way. It's something we'll always pay particular attention to at Irish Luck because we know that without the players, the casino doesn't exist.

At the end of the day, it's not about winning or losing, it's about the players having fun in an environment where they're treated fairly and with respect.

Well, at the end of the day losing does matter. Much fun and losing a little will be just fine. It will be no fun if you continue to lose...lose...lose...

I am so utterly impressed... let me explain. Because of the rival fiasco regarding bonuses, bonus bans, and lack of player appreciation.... i decided to close all of my rival accounts on principle alone, even slotocash (though i like them a lot, even they have made it clear i can play elsewhere.)

Yes, bonuses are not a given right and i truly believe any casino can do as they wish, but in the same regard... i don't have to play anywhere that doesn't appreciate my business. I'd like to see the b & m's in vegas try to pull the same crap!

I am also disappointed in how some of these rival groups disguise their affiliation to each other to make people think they are signing up at a NEW casino. In marketing, if you don't have a good product, shotgun the market with inferior products under different labels... get my point? I'm not happy that i ended signing up for a couple that i would never have signed up for if it wasn't for their lack of transparency!

Well, i received a call from Gary at Irishluck.

The reason he called was to explain how Irishluck is completely independent and how they just want to do everything better than the other rivals. Apparently, they are working on a lot of things and it may take a little time to get things polished (he agreed the bonus i was offered was a little extreme in terms of requirements and restrictions, but i said it was my choice to play it since i just like to play sometimes.)

Here's the kicker... the real reason he called was simply to get my feedback on what could make it better for me AND other players that choose to play at Irishluck. He had no knowledge of me being a part of this forum!

    Now, that is class!

Please keep in mind, i'm sure there are other rivals that players are very satisfied with... this has just been in my experience and i'm sure your experience may differ.

Didn't realize this, but did anyone else know that personalized messages can be displayed to you when you are playing the rival slots? i was just playing at irishluck (my only rival now) and a message popped up from gary wishing me luck and that another bonus was available to me if i wanted it (i deposited without a bonus because they seem kinda hard still.)

    That was a nice touch!

But if i may make a suggestion, i think i'll stay clear of the sticky bonuses and the wr could be a little more reasonable (a sticky bonus, though a big one, with 28x wr). 15x d+b without any cashout restrictions is still pretty hard to clear and it allows players at least a chance at cashing out, if only to be able to deposit again and try another bonus. The end result may be the same, but the player will enjoy the extra playtime and the satisfaction of at least cashing out something once in a while. Anything above 15x seems a little harsh.... just my opinion.

anyway, just thought that was kinda cool.... i thought i was disconnected for a second until i read the message.

Well, that's blatant discrimination Hippo. Mine had 36xWR. Actually, although the terms are a bit on the high side, if the bonuses are huge 150%, 200% etc. we can get a ton of play and that is exactly what we want. We aren't all KKs. If we are lucky on the high variance slots like Scary Rich, we still might get a big win though the bonus is sticky.

LOL. i had the 36x one too, the 28x is a different one which i don't think i'll use. (i just hit the jackpot symbol on scary rich 2 with two wilds, $300, without a bonus.... if i took a bonus i would still never meet the wr) With the 36x one, i was able to meet 5000 of the 18000 requirement. They definitely provide a lot of play time which is generally what we do want, but i think there has to be a balance so that it is possible to clear one once in a while. Really, i see no reason for a sticky bonus or a 1x (d+b) minimum cashout because the wr is tough enough as it is.

The fairer the wr and restrictions are, the more likely players will re-deposit because of the enjoyment they received from using the bonuses, win or lose. If the restrictions are too tough, the bonuses become pointless and players will gravitate towards places that they can cash out from once in a while. I do realize though that casinos must protect themselves from bonus abusers, but a well thought out bonus to reward loyalty can avoid that, i think.

That's just my opinion, but Gary asked for it and if Irishluck wants our opinions, let's give them everything we got!

Or maybe i'm not familiar enough with sticky bonuses? Maybe someone can give their opinion as to how good these type of bonuses are? KK comes to mind.

I think winning or losing has a role in everything.

The superbowl losers are treated with respect until the winners lift up that trophy and march around like the winners that they are.

Fun is for the people with no money riding on the outcome.

If you don't believe that bet the farm and lose it, lol.
