I agree with you about Tom being a great rep...I just wish that they would let their CSR's flush out our wins for us so that we would not be tempted to go back in and reverse them..............i was the dumb one, couldnt wait for tom to get in the office till monday to do w/d and played out 700.00...if it were not for this I would give them a rating of 10 but with this no flush deal in place I can only rate them a 6.5 on my scale since this is one of my pet peeves !!

I totally and wholeheartedly agree with Rob and Lauriejim. Club World/Tom are the best. I base my casino deposit/play on 2 criteria - customer service and speed of cashouts. So, I have 3 casinos I play at and Club World is my RTG.
I do wish they would process on weekends but I guess you can't have everything.
