As i stated in a different thread before, I won 600 dollars from a 65 deposit (with 200% bonus) at this is vegas.
I cashed them out yesterday (about 18 hours ago) and had the live chat flush them.
A few hours ago I got an email saying that they needed some documents and I was kind of furious since i have already sent those in with my last withdrawl (from a free chip)
Anyways, i sent them in again and was told that the money would be in my account in 2-5 business days. Long time, but hey, atleast now all the problems were solved.
Anyways, just now I got an email saying that I had been paid. Logged in to neteller and yes.... 600 bucks in my account!
So from my requested cashout til pay it was not even 24 hours.. THAT is what will haev me coming back =))

Just wanted to give them a bit of cred for this!

I think most (if not all) Rival casinos do really try to pay as quickly as they can - I'm sure they realise it's one of the best ways to keep players happy and so keep them coming back.

I know things are sometimes more difficult for our American friends, but being in the UK and using Neteller I have never had to wait more than 48 hours for a Rival withdrawal - even a first time one. Most are inside 24hrs.

They have also greatly improved their payments to affiliates; for the first 6-months of this year I was regularly waiting 7 - 10 days beyond their stated payment date, but now most are paying 7 - 10 days early!

All good signs of a solid operation - let's hope it stays that way.

Wow, you guys must be the lucky ones. Marie in 18 hrs at This Is Vegas. And both Marie and Hippo cashed out on a Saturday at the new Vegas Sky, and both had their money Monday afternoon, even though Saturday and Sunday are not business days in the casino world. I cashed out Monday at Vegas Sky, and tomorrow will be business day number three...no money.

Do I have a sign on my forehead maybe?

Man, you have been lucky! I requested a withdrawal of 100 dollars in Vegas Sky exactly one week ago, sent in my documents right after that and still did not receive the funds in my MB account. Three days after I sent in my documents they emailed me that the documents are accepted and my withdrawal is now "starting to be processed"! Although I have no doubt about being paid eventually, like in the other Rivals where I played, I think its not acceptable to make the players wait that long time for a withdrawal. Even Playtech is much faster than this.
