    I have been waiting my withdrawal from GoWild more than 2 months... they have only returned my initial deposit. I have not got any answers why my winnings have been confiscated.

    lol. worst casino ever. uncle floyd continues to ignore everyone. he came on her a few weeks ago to "thank" a post because someone said something positive. cant imagine what they were thinking. all others are fending for themselves. what a joke.

    So far, I have been paid promptly, even when winning from a bonus.

    There seems to be a bonus with every deposit, even when there is not a promo offered. My criticisms seem to have been addressed, with the prompt return of "EZBonus", and automatic crediting of offered bonuses for players opted in by default. They seem to have disappointed in one respect by making the SUB compulsory, which does not sit well with the volume of issues generated from the SUB they had at launch.

    Apart from the regular bonuses, their promotional calendar is empty, and this soon gets a bit boring when some other casinos throw in contests and draws.

    This thread now gives me the impression that they are only paying out to those players who make a huge fuss, whereas they assured Max that all players who abided by the terms at the time they played would be paid, and they just needed time.

    They also have a habit of changing the terms almost on a daily basis, so it is hard to know where we stand. Some of these changes are significant, and give us the perplexing contrast between EZBonus and a long list of banned games, as well as a couple of games that are neither allowed, nor banned, leaving their status undefined which is unsatisfactory.

    This is a very small number of players, and there is one HELL of a difference between "strategy" and FRAUD. The strategies are not "cheating" if they are within the rules of the games being played, AND are within the terms and conditions. There were initially NO "banned games", and EZBonus was used, BUT, a major screw up was made with the design of the initial launch SUB. The casino is now trying to blame players for playing with a desire to actually win, which nearly all players aspire to achieve, both online and offline. Casinos make money because many of these players continue playing beyond the optimum point when they should take their winnings. Online casinos are suffering because players are becoming more educated, and more disciplined.

    Since Floyd says ALL have been paid, any player who has NOT been paid should contact Floyd, or PAB (or bump their current PAB).

    Floyd seems unconcerned, and has dismissed this as a minor issue with 4 players, yet will not come back here and post this, it was only offered to a player in chat as an explanation.

    As to not naming the players concerned, this is to be expected due to player confidentiality. If Floyd HAD given out the names of these players, THIS is what would have been wrong.

    So I take it Floyd sees no need to offer apologies or regrets for how the group of players initially denied payment were treated. In fact, he still perpetuates the charge that they were cheaters and fraudsters, even though there was no convincing evidence provided that the T&Cs were violated. That tells me that unfortunately GoWild has not learned any lesson from what happened.
