Where are you located? (I know it says they are licensed in Malta, but that inspires zero confidence in me as Malta thus far has proven to be useless).

What is their stance on US accounts/new US accounts/accounts from the banned states? (I'm hoping that they won't allow new registrations from the banned states themselves, as this will only create problems for these players when MG themselves get around to IP blocking them).

The usual WRs is 30x so that means you have somewhere between $301 - $599 to go. I would suggest you low-roll at a low variance slot until the bonus part shows 0. Even at a conservative estimat you should be able to cash out at about $450 unless there is a cap on the cashout amount.
