Rival/under a $1 rule

Hi this is new to me as i was playing the $8 nd at davincis.

I spun 54x 0.20 and hit free spins with just 2 cents left, won $12.11.

Now the wagering on this bonus was $500, and i only wagered $10.80.

When i went to the cashier, the promo was gone.

So i started to think that this promo has the under $1 rule, like some rtg casinos has.

Now i didnt know this at rival, so hit up live chat and was told i had finished the promo (its done)

Now when i asked the chap op about this on live chat, he said that this rule would be in the tacs, but i have nether seen this rule in any tacs at rival casinos.

So just to let or remind some members that this rule obviously exists at rival casinos.

Well i take $10.80 for $500 in wagering any day, wonder if the max cashout off $80 still applys.

I think you are correct. If at any time, you reach a balance which is below $1, the WRs as listed in the promo simply disappear. Say, I have a balance remaining $0.86 off a bonus and although I havent finished the WRs, there is nothing to meet when I make my next deposit. I asked this thorougly thru one of the Rivals several months ago.

What I am not sure about though is although the cashier did not realise that the WRs were as yet uncompleted, the accounting staff will review the play and reverse the amount back into your account.

I always played my balance right down to zero, while in total fear of hitting the free-spins or another bonus while only betting 2 lines at 1c or something!
