Slots at Rival casino - sooo tight !!

    Hi,

I play a lot of slot-machines, at many casinos.

But what I have experienced now at a Rival casino is the worsed thing ever happened to me:

First, I played 60$ and I wagered about 180 before I busted. Bad, but not too uncommon.

Then, I played 80$ and I only wagered about 150$, before I busted. Very bad, but I thought I am just unlucky.

Then, I played with another 150$. And, believe it or not, with the first 50$, I wagered about 90, but in the last 100$, I had NOT A SINGLE WIN (playing 3,75$ per Spin)!!!

    NOT ONE!!

This makes for a total of: losing 290$, while only wagering 520$ with it. All, at an average of 2,50$ per spin.

What did they do to their Slots ??? Is this normal at Rival ?

    How do you rate it?

Are they fair? Or even rogue?

Please tell me, as I really can't believe I have soooo much bad luck.

    Regards,

    Tom

    Hi tklein

I've played at ThisisVagas (Rival) and in the beginning i was lucky and won 150$, but from that moment it was losing and losing with no reward. I don't play big amounts but in six or seven deposits i've lost about 200$, and playing at 0.5/bet, the last 50 $ lasted about 40 minutes.

The same at Sun Palace: nothing and nothing constantly, at last i had to close my account.

    Regards and good luck

I dont think Rival is Rogue - I too have had many times when my deposits dont last, but I have had days when my deposits have gave me a lot of play time. I think its normal to have very bad spells. It does look as though you had a very bad one.

I have had your experience at Slots like Hobo's Hoard, Cleo's Coins and Scary Rich. However, I always play either 0.2 or 0.4 per spin and after a series of low-pay spins I usually get something good. Scary is the exception in that first you need 3 Frankensteins and hope for at least 2 expanding wilds to win something.

It really is difficult to tell as you wagered $520 at an ave $2.5 per spin which means you had about 204 spins and that is a small number of spins. IMO Rival slots are fair. It's just that they are of high variance. However, occasionally they alter the payout rates and sometimes even the paytable without notification.

    Welcome to the forum!

To be fair, it's very difficult to give opinions based on the information you supplied, in particular which slot(s) were you playing?

Rival have some very low variance slots and some very high variance ones.
Also some of their slots are great, and some are crap (IMO).

For example, if you were playing on Scary Rich or Gobblers Gold I would not be at all surprised at your results.
Especially betting so high - $3.75/spin on that sort of bankroll is suicidal IMHO.

Rival software is not my most successful in terms of profits made, but I have not seen anything to suggest their slots are not totally random. It's just a lot harder to hit decent wins on some than it is on others.

Oh, they alter the paytables ? Thats new to me. Think I must check that.

I know that 3$ Spins are not very small, but are not very high too, IMO.

I really hope it is just bad luck. And it is true, I had a good run at a Rival too, which paid me a huge winning

(compared to my deposit), but in the last weeks, nothing, nothing... And now this one !! OMG

    - the worsed was "Hole In One".

@ KasinoKing: which Slots do think are low variance, at Rival? (thx for the welcome!!)

Until now i made very good experience with RIVAL Slots. For me the "best ones" there are "Future Fortunes" and "As the Reels turn 1". But of course you can't really say that a slot is "good".

Maybe there is just no luck for you these days

Keep Goin' on and try... wish you good luck!
