Hello, often at 32Red game, I made several deposits for a total of € 1287.00! I never had a free chips, never a Cash Back, absolutely nothing! Why?
CrazyVegas always a 15% Cash Back , All slots 10% and sometimes even an extra bonus to the account . 32Red nothing!

Question: is the policy of the casino or other deposits have to do to become a "good player" and get something back!

I've never had cash-back at any casino, except during special one-off promotions.
I don't like cash-back anyway, because you have to lose to get it.

Not all casinos run the same rewards schemes.
