Hello, often at 32Red game, I made several deposits for a total of € 1287.00! I never had a free chips, never a Cash Back, absolutely nothing! Why?

I've never had cash-back at any casino, except during special one-off promotions.
I don't like cash-back anyway, because you have to lose to get it.

Not all casinos run the same rewards schemes.
32Red give a monthly 100% deposit bonus - have you not claimed that?
