I made a withdrawal the first of last month and expected to be paid in a timely manner, still waiting, but I'm assured I'll be paid. I received an interesting email today stating my cashout would be paid via bank wire (thanks for the fees) because there was a back up in the courier check process throughout the Microgaming network, wtf is that supposed to mean?

On an unrelated note from the same casino, I was going over my gaming bank account and found the CC processor is charging from 15 to 30 cents more per $20 on each deposit than I authorized. I guess I wouldn't mind too much if I didn't already make random deposit amounts to start with. Isn't that the same as theft? I haven't ran across a processor that sluffs the fees off on a player in a long long time.
