Yes - I confirmed that with Intertops myself.
There are NO MG casinos available to the 11 "restricted states" - including New York.

The OP is left with RTG's (75% of these are rip-off artists - extreme care required when picking your casino!), all the Rivals, 3Dice (of course! ) and some of the less well known softwares - which I know less about...

I personally only list 19 casinos for New York in my "Casinos for USA players" page on my site.

    It's ridiculous really, isn't it?
(I mean USA laws - not my website! )

Intertops still takes all US even from the restricted states. I know because it's the only one I can play at and I live in Oregon.

Okay all you people in the restricted states,, what are you doing to change that? We have a right to do what we want with our own money. My state right now has not banned it. I hope they do not and I have let John McCain, who is my chosen candidate, know exactly how I feel about it and letting him know that I want him to fight for my rights. If he doesn't agree to, then I well may be changing my vote. Write to your candidate of choice right now and let them know. And if you are in a banned state, you should be letting all your choices know NOW that you will vote them out if they do not respect your rights.

You must have signed up quite a long time ago...?
I don't know exactly when they changed their rules, but they definitely do not take any NEW players from the 11 states now. And if you are still able to play at the casino I think you should keep quiet about it!

Subject: USA players - please clarify.

    Dear Intertops,

I have been promoting your casino as 'taking ALL players from all USA states' based on info gleaned from forums.
But some people have said that is only for existing players who had accounts before UIGEA.

Please can you confirm; Can NEW players from ALL states in the USA join & play at Intertops CASINO?

    Many thanks,
