    Nicole -

Your rant was completely unacceptable and you should apologise to Bryan immediately.

I think of this forum as Bryans' "house" - and if someone came into my house carrying on like a pork chop like you did I would ask them to leave.

I dont know you, but on the face of it you need to seek some professional help as gambling has obviously ceased to be enjoyable and is causing you to become unpleasant and unreasonable.

If you cant afford to lose it, dont gamble it....and one thing is for sure, the longer you gamble the more likely you will lose as you just cannot win in the long run.

Niffty is spot on (except for the bit about not being able to win in the long run ) - you had a bad run of luck & are unhappy about it - I TOTALLY understand that.

But to start saying the casino is cheating or robbing you is crazy. All Microgaming casinos games are EXACTLY the same wherever you play - the slots will take the piss at all of them!

Last month I wagered $5,172 at 32Red and cashed out $650 more than I deposited.
But do you think that was all plain sailing?
    Some of my game sessions:-
Prime Property; Wagered $212, Lost $105
Rainbows End; Wagered $170, Lost $75
    Tomb Raider 1; Wagered $312, Lost $108
Dolphin Tale; Wagered $173, Lost $81

Slots are HIGH VARIANCE by design - accept that and don't moan about it...
or DON'T PLAY slots at ANY casino.

Simple isnt it. You lose at a casino and it is rogue. You win and you embrace it and call it the best. I cannot play at 32RED as they dont accept players from Hong Kong. However, when I was still able to play their customer support was top-notch and that is what I believe is very important. Overall, I was slightly down there but that could have been much more if not for the generous comps by Pat. Live chat was very helpful and informative, unlike what others have experienced elsewhere at different casinos. Withdrawals were processed swiftly with no hassles.

Now what more can you ask of an online casino? This site does seem to favour 32RED but that isnt because of Bryan but rather the pleasant experiences that many forum members have encountered. Whenever a problem concerning 32RED is posted you get a pm from Pat normally within 24 hours and the issue is usually solved with a couple of days if not hours. More often than not the player is gifted with a small comp for the inconvenience which imo is sometimes over-generous.

I hope that if you want to have a go at somebody or institution back it up by facts instead of deriding someone as you please.

I don't think you're being fair to Bryan in this case, and your attack is totally uncalled for.
My experience in 32Red in the past 2 days is as follows:
got my $25 from slotmeister, got it up to a $140 cashout.
Deposited $32 and got the $32 bonus -- used that to get some spins in this month's slotmeister.
Deposited $100 tonight, and thought I'd try out Wheel of Wealth at $3/spin, and that turned out to be probably my shortest session ever in any casino, and in any game.
This just to show you, that there are ups and downs...and sometimes it can go fast, but that's gambling !!!!!
Have a look at my session tonight...and I'm not calling support to complain ...OR yelling at Bryan ... I gambled and lost tonight.
    That's life

    Hi Nicole

32red's software is the same as any other microgaming site. They have no way of tampering with the software as far as I know, it is out of their control.

Microgaming software I have noticed tends to be quite streaky.

For example I made 2 deposits into 32 red this week.

One for $80 - lost the whole lot in about one hour, felt gutted, and after behaving like a complete plonker and calling my computer screen a f***ing f***er, shrugged my shoulders said: 'oh well man, can't win 'em all.' decided to switch off the computer and go for a walk, and felt better.

deposited again a few days later, this time $55 - again lost the whole lot this time in about 30 minutes... felt even more gutted... and couldn't go for a walk due to torrential downpour outside... so was confined to deep breathing exercises involving tobacco...

Today I deposited $50 into 32red feeling butterflies in my stomach, wondering if I had the strength of character to pull out if the losses got heavy - but thankfully had a good run playing jacks or better finishing with a nice four of a kind. And came out a winner.

    I don't think 32red are cheating...

last week I had the same problem with Ladbrokes, my losses with them were heavy £100... the blackjack seriously caned me, leaving me bruised and bewildered... but only a month before that I did very well on 3 card poker. I got one straight flush and a three of a kind, and thought it was the best site since slice bread...

and in all jackpots about a fortmight ago I lost $300 on the slots, and afterwards in a daze wondered how it had happened felt utter despair and annoyed with myself... but this week when I played in Alljackpots I came out a winner...

Same thing has happened in wildjacks about 3 weeks ago I lost $200... but roughly a week and a half ago I had a good run and came out the otherside a winner...

had similar experiences with riverbelle, king neptunes, purple lounge and roxy palace...

oh and in canbet I lost £200... still haven't managed to win any of that back though...

The wins seem fleeting like butterflies that carry us off to the clouds so we can blow our own trumpet and feel free - and the losses seem to drag us down like an anchor into the abyss of the deep blue sea to face the kraken of gambling.

I have only been playing microgaming sites for a few months now, but have noticed they definately get streaky, and not necessarily all of them at the same time...

when you lose, you lose big...

but when you win,,, you *can* win big...

am trying to see if it is possible to test the microgaming waters with a small deposit to see which way the tide is going... so I can play on the winning streak... but not having much success so far...

Anyway what I'm trying to say with this insanely long blurb is: I've been there too, it sucks, gambling can be a bit like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

When Mr. Hyde pops out, it is best to avoid his company and switch off the computer, don't play when the losing streak hits it just seems to get worse and it isn't worth it... don't play down to your last pence, and keep playing the same game if it is sucking your cash away, try a different game, or even better take a break and do something else... come back to it another time when things feel better...

    Take care

Nicole! 32Red is as good as it gets as far as online is concerned! Microgaming controls the payouts among its takers...so to blame them personally as a casino is not right and just!

You may have an issue with Microgaming, but 32Red should not be your bitch!

It doesn't get better than 32Red! I think you'd better count your blessings whilest you can! We in America cannot play 32Red... believe me...we want to! If you don't appreciate them, than you'd better just throw your computer out the window!

To claim that they are any tighter than any other MG casino is bullshit!

Just Bullshit! They don't set the odds.... MG does!

I'm sick of people complaining about 32Red! If we in America could play there we'd be so content! Go somewhere else girl if they aren't your cup of tea! You don't even realize that you have access to the best outfit on the market!

32red is without a doubt the most outstanding and trustworthy site out there.

I have trusted them with over 100k deposits with no problems. I have been on a pretty bad 20k downswing at the moment and will not doubt their integrity for a moment.

As most have said slots are high variance......so is BJ lol

    GL next time.

I agree with you "Z" Nicole seems to blame any losing session on a particular casino. Where have you been girl? That's the game! You lose...they win! Don't whine!
