I f*****d up yesterday - we had a party for my mother-in-laws birthday & my play went about 10 mins past midnight because I fell asleep during the play after too many lemonades...
(So I didn't get a scratchcard today).

On the first two days of the month they didn't send cards until I chased them about it.
Then I had the same problem for play on the 5th & 6th.

They seem to be having trouble with the system this month - so I would chase them if I were you.

They also seem to have run out of cards over £10... but that's another problem!

I sent them an e-mail last night asking for the scratch card, and then another one a few hours ago. Needless to say, they haven't answered any of them yet.

Hi Fleur They have a promotion going. You have to deposit at least 50 chips and wager it twice on Big Kahuna - Snakes and Ladders, Bill and Ted or Thunderstruck to receive a scratch card worth up to 100 chips the next day.
But it seems they're having some troubles sending them out, as well as answering e-mails

I emailed CS yesterday enquiring about my scratchcard (if I am eligible and when do I get one), they received it (I got return receipt for my email), but no answer so far, a day later....

2 days ago I mailed Ladbrokes CS and still no answer.

Guess they are busy.
