    Players Club Loyalty

I recently started playing at Platinum Play again. I have a soft spot for this casino because one time I had 9 cents left and I hit on thor. I kept hitting and I ended up cashing out $1000 from nine cents. I couldn't do that again if I tried.

I like their unique slots too. So I was checking out the players club and came accross this in the Q&A:

Why do I seem to earn points faster at other casinos?

Most loyalty programs will offer you 1 point for every 10 dollars that you wager on certain games – other games like Blackjack, Craps and Roulette are excluded. Once you have earned 100 points you will be able to redeem your points for $1.

At Fortune Lounge we offer you 1 point for every dollar that you bet on Slot Games. We’ll give you a further point for every 5 dollars that you bet on non Slot games (including Blackjack, Craps & Roulette). Once you have earned 5000 points or more you will be able to redeem your points in

increments of 1000 points at a ratio of 1000 points to $1.

Therefore, both loyalty program modules are similar - with the exception that you get more rewards with Fortune Lounge's nine online casinos, because you don't get penalized for playing Blackjack, Craps & Roulette at Fortune Lounge.
Now I have nothing against BJ and table players. Hell, some of my best friends play craps and roulette. However, I am not willing to share my slotish loyalty points with these fine table folks. Loyalty points come slow here and you really have to work for them at the Players Club. I think a better loyalty scheme would really compliment this casino. The unique slots are enjoyable.

Edit to add: 1000 points equals $1 credit and you must have 5000 credits to claim.

    Hi Wim,

Thank you for noticing my post. That would be terrific to take another look at the points for slots only.

    Hi Mojo,

I too play Fortune Lounge although now only once in a blue moon. I used to play more frequently in the past but I noticed that it seems to take forever to bring my loyalty points up high enough to claim!
But what I did not like was losing the points IF you do not claim them in time.

maybe Wim can look into that also. IMHO I think it would only be fair to allow us to have our "loyalty points" continue to grow, regardless of how long it takes us to reach the cashable 5000!
After all "loyalty points" are basically the same thing as "comp points" IMO. and I have never had my comp points reset to zero if not claimed within a certain time frame.
I don't know of any other casinos (individual or groups) who give players a time frame to claim points before losing them all! Which is the reason I myself only play there once in a while. It's a thought and may be more attractive to current or future players of Fortune Lounge.

BTW Mojo, what an awesome hit! cashing out $1000 on a 9 cent bet is IMO a miracle! Good job!

    Hi mysticjoz,

Good point. Thinking back, I believe that was a reason why I hadn't played there in awhile. With how hard it is to accumulate loyalty points, to then lose them could send players away. I enjoy thesse casinos and cash outs have never been a problem for me. Maybe Wim will have some ideas for us.

TY- I'm sure I'll never ever be able to do that again with 9 cents but it one of my fondest memories.
