    Red Flush Host

    Hi Cindy,

I am a support desk agent at Red Flush, let me begin by explaining how our bonus system works. You make a deposit and the bonus is credited automatically 30 minutes after your deposit.

If you have been playing at Microgaming Casinos over the last 5 years, you would know that this system has dramatically improved. Previously, you would have to contact support and the bonus would be credited from between 3 to 6 hours later. This system did not work very well as 95% of players do want our bonuses and they would like the process to be automated. This not only ensures that there is a consistency in the process but it ensures that you don't have to wait very long before you can play with both your bonus and your deposit. I agree that the system is not friendly to those players that don't want the casinos bonuses.

My advice to players like yourself is that you always contact support before making your first deposit and find out about their bonus system, there is always a way to circumvent this.

Red Flush is constantly finding new ways to improve our systems, the best solution we have for now would be, once you make a deposit, don't begin playing let the bonus first be credited to your account, then contact support and have them remove the bonus. In this way you are not subject to any wagering requirements.

    Phillip

P.S You can hover over your balance to determine the funds in your bonus account and cash account. If you are having a problem, please contact our supporthttp://www.redflush.com/support.asp

Hello Phillip! Welcome! You are a very brave soul to enter the forum and make yourself available to us...............I like that and thank you for it! As far as bonuses go, I don't use them but respect those that do. I guess you can't win either way vis-a-vis making players happy with how bonuses are credited. Although good responsive support takes some of the sting away.

    Again, welcome!

I think 3Dice has one of the better bonus systems in place. I just saw it last night. You deposit and you get taken to another window where it says, you have a match play bonus available, and you can accept it or reject it..

I think all casinos need to go this route...the setup looks so simple, but I know it isn't...and the idea of opting in or out right there on the next page of a deposit is one of the best features for a player there is..I am one of those players that choose no bonus every time if allowed...and only take one only if forced ...

    PS Welcome to the forum!

to see your bonus and cash amounts, it works when you hover over it in the lobby, not in the games, thats how it works for me.
