I asked support but all I was told was to uninstall the full Casino then turn off all anti virus, spyware etc and do a new install. a 1 GB install for 1 game, I don't think so.
I have tried deleting the file that is created when the game installs and starting the installation from scratch but still get the same problem.
The other two games installed but not this one

I just wish support would have more of a clue when it comes to things like this and not just give a stock answer like 'reinstall it all'

What a surprise
Yet another MG screw-up. They once developed a "casino repair tool" that fixed such problems without the need to reinstall. What happened? (rhetorical) They rearranged the software and this tool became obsolete, and was never updated because they were so confident they had fixed the underlying problem, which is that the internal diagnositc and self-repair function does not always work
Fortunately, if you already have other WORKING MG casinos on the PC, reinstallation is no longer the massive chore it once was, as much of the 1Gig is now cached, and only about 50Mb is actually fetched from the installation server.
Before reinstalling, clean out the existing directory after uninstalling. It may also help to clear out the registry entries for that problem casino. Make sure that all the other MG casinos have a working copy of Big Kahuna.
Finally, reinstall, and you will barely have time for a cuppa, rather than the 4 course dinner & movie as before
