That's really depressing. You get a casino that pays out nicely, doesn't make trouble, and then you find that their software totally cheats. Thanks for the warning, folks!

how I miss the days when casino's just gave 1 point per £10 wagered...
In order to collect your Reward Points, you need to meet the Weekly Goal
set by our system every week. . Since this is your first week, your
Weekly Goal will be 0 because you have no previous weeks of play for us
to reference.
Your Weekly Goal is a personal PartyPoints target set by the system. All
the PartyPoints you generate in a week are released for potential
collection over the next 10 weeks at a rate of 10% per week as Reward
Points. By hitting your Weekly Goal, you collect 10% of the Reward
Points you’ve generated in this 10-week period.
Your Weekly Goal is based on your past play; this ensures that each week
the target is realistic and achievable, based on how you choose to play.
Exceeding your target will increase your goal for the next week. This
will give you the chance to collect more Reward Points the following
week. Remember, every PartyPoint you collect will eventually be up for
collection as part of a Weekly Goal.
If you miss out on your Weekly Goal, but earn 50% or more of the
required PartyPoints, you’ll collect 50% of the available Reward Points.
If you generate less than 50% of the required PartyPoints, you won’t
collect any Reward Points that week.
All your collected Reward Points will be multiplied by your Loyalty
Level multiplier at the end of every week. Your Loyalty Multiplier will
increase as you move through the Loyalty Levels, so the higher you climb
the more your Reward Points will be worth.
When you hit a new level, we’ll apply your new multiplier to your Reward
Points total straight away, increasing your spending power in our online
store. So, if your Loyalty Multiplier is 3 and you have 700 Collected
Reward Points, the total number of Reward Points you can spend will be
2,100: 3 x 700 = 2,100.
I have been a loyal long time player with Party Casino and have had the same issues with the software completely shutting down during a spin and always during a win sequence, i have been trying to sort it out with them for around 6 months. I have used the PAB service and think it is being dealt with.
Im still having the same problem but not as often as i used to have it. Party casino walked me through a set up program on my computer and that seemed to help. Now im still seeing agood win and then more so then not the system shuts down and when i log back in the game i was playing does not shownin my play logs. I still get the message from their support group that it is my computer and they have not been told by other players of the same complaint issues. Keep me posted.
i had similar problems, emailed support and was told to try this . and it worked,
go to/start/control panel/display/advanced/troubleshoot/on the hardware acceleration and just knock it down a notch,
hope it works for you![]()
I gave up gambling,
Now all i ever do is make mind bets,
You never bet any real money you only bet in your mind.
The results are fairly good, ive only lost my mind 5 times so far this month
lauram (27th August 2008)
Thanks i have done that and i usually play there on weekends so we shall see.
I will keep you posted
I realy miss party Casino
Regarding software glitch I once had it kick me off during a spin and it looked like a good one prior to boot. I immediately went to email and stated I had what appeared to be a good spin go south on me. After writing note I went back to site and discovered over 1800 more dollars in account. I went back to email and there was a letter appologizing for the error and that game was booted from my computer but played out on server and paid 1800 something and said sorry for inconvience. All in 3 minutes when they could (most would) have screwed me.
That settles it...I'm moving to Canada. LOL
Plus there customer support was world class must have been a 100 of them in india support office and
Finally best yet I received a little extra cash (5 to 20.00) after losing all my money over 50 times! on a couple occasions those dollars turned into a knock on my back door from fed ex guy with check for a few humdred or more in a couple days
Thats great it recorded your spin. The few i had didnt show i was even in the game at all yet i had a few spins prior to the boot. The tech team had me adjust my computer and i have not seen this happen again mind you i have not seen a great hit since either.
I too miss them. (PartyPoker,PartyBingo,Starluck,PlanetLuck)
I miss them good old days & Thanks to Satya (The finest Affiliate Manager that got me started in all this)
They are far from being a cheap place.
With all that free stuff they sent me for the many fund raisers I did.
I wish some other one's would do that.
Does anyone know of any other places that have T-shirts,Cards,Hats that I can talk too about the things I do.
Maybe they can send me some things.Hint Hint![]()
I played at ITV casino and found out it is the same software as party Casino.
ITV are a big UK company so the software is probably legit.
I did get get dumped back to the desktop once or twice though.
When I went back to the game it simply reloaded the last spin so I think it is just a stupid bug rather than anything sinister.
The slots are OK but not enough choice and after a bad run I decided to close my account but CS is quick and responsive and they phone you to verify your account so there are no hidden cashout issues.
