Thank you for contacting Customer Service.
I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Regarding your issues with the software Laura, we suggest you delete your temporally Internet files, cookies and do a disk cleanup and you should not experience this issue.
1. Delete temporally Internet files & cookies
First open up your browser (Internet explorer or similar). Once you are in you browser choose 'Tools' -> 'Internet Options'. On the first page shown you find a button saying 'delete files'. Click on this and then on ok and you will delete the temporarily Internet files. Here is also where you delete your cookies. Click on this as well and then on ok
2. Do a disk clean-up
This you do by following: Click on 'Start' on your computer -> Choose 'All Programs' -> Choose 'Accessories' -> Choose 'System Tools' -> Click on 'disk clean-up'. A new window will come up, make sure every box available is ticked and then click on ok.

Now i did respond back saying i always and i do when i leave a casino i do a major clean up before i do anything else. I also told them it seems im not the only player with this issue so it couldnt just be my computer if they could plse check into this one more time.

That's just a standard response, they have NOT investigated this issue, they have dismissed it as a fault with the player's PC.

If the stake has been taken, yet the spin not played, there is clearly something SERIOUS going on, as I would not think anything on the player's PC would cause a bug like this (stake taken - so spin most definitely paid for and played out on server). The fact this always seems to happen to a big win looks like "blocking" software, ie CHEATING, where the win has been randomly generated, but blocked by a payout stabiliser because the game has not taken in enough to make the payment - this causes the game to close because the block has not been coded properly - players are not supposed to notice it!!!

Party casino are welcome to come up with a better explanation of this if they want to bother to investigate the bug rather than give the brush-off response of "cookies, temporary files, etc....." to complaining players.

I have all these lil sheets of paper i keep when i start to notice this more then a few times. I have 9 2 dollar bets that went to hit something sweet that the machine died and log states i wasnt playing game yet took the money. I have 7 1 dollar bets. Even on lower ones for the 45 cent ones there are 6. Never happened on any game that there was a low win to it. As you all know im a low roller i only up a set of bets if im up more then 5 times a deposit and will play half down trying to hit something else. But that last one really upset me i had 4 of the jackpots lined up middle line on a 9 game as the 5th went to land with jackpot symbol i was gone. Logged back in and as i said didnt even showed i played the game.

I have a simular problem at two Rival Casinos and got also such a standard answer from their live chat, but although i've done this, there have nothing changed and it's only on these two casinos and all another Rival Casinos works fine!

But my problem is, that i can't even start the casino!

Those responses i got was from riverbell i even landed with live chat for hours going over with me as i tried to redownload and get back in. They finally did get back to me stating yes there is a minor flaw for a handful of players using but for them to reformat the use of the site for few players wasnt worth it more or less. They said for them to do this could prob create a whole new set of issues just for a few new members to download or gain access to play.

This happens over and over with them do you know at all why this is.

I don't know either this also happens in real modus, but in FUN Play the casino crashed always down, when i hit a big win, or sometimes a bonus round and than it's certainly away!

pitty you do not have screenshots lauram since they seem to be actively deleting the offending playlog.
How they react when confronted with evidence could be very telling.
