I have seen rogue casinos handle customers better then this team can. Over 25 times i have issued them a copy of my id they have closed my accounts opened them back up and so on. There is no way of getting hold of any of them only through email and all you ever get back is a auto response. You cant use the forums from their website i get from my puter and work computer and laptop at cottage their files are corrupted and read by a 3rd party. So while back i closed off these accounts now again i get emails saying this and that about my account and personal info. So if i closed it off and they locked me out after 5 deposits stating i cant play without my info why do they waste my time and theirs with these emails. Anyone at all ever gotten a live person, Im sorry to be so harsh but so many warning signs here to stay clear of place you cant chat with or even email to them it just gets returned over and over only respone you do get is auto ive read it maybe within your lifetime will get back to you.

That's a rather disturbing story - I have never had any problems this this group either as a player or an affiliate
They are of course, CasinoMeister Accredited. If I were you I would contact their rep here & see what he has to say about your situation:-

Thanks kk i gave them one last chance seeing as they are accredited here and
all i got back from them was yes we got your info but still missing this so i sent it off again then i got got this but missing that. I emailed them back saying if you got 2 parts of 3 you had to get them all its all on the same page. But all iget again is same old email we will get back to you.
I did like their games made a few deposits and so on but seems pointless now if there is no way of communication between them and myself.

Hi me again ok i got another email stating that they now have utility bill drivers and copy of visa. Now they want me to take a pic of my c2pay purchase and forward that to them Heck i cant even show you a pic on my computer of a picture of my dogs i downloaded from a camera. Im sorry for me this isnt worth the effort just to be able to make another deposit into the casino. Would be dif i guess if i was waiting on money but after so many deposits they now want all this. Sorry group i moved on lol

Bonus are great and i found lots and lots of play time for my deposits. Liked the games as they are much dif then those in mg and rtg. Im a fairly low roller so i deposited the 50 and was spinning b4 on all lines. Lots of bonus rounds to keep you going. Kinda like what rival use to be like when down to your last few dollars all you needed was one of those bonus rounds and your right back up there.
When i registered was 100% by sorry cant rmbr the playthrough. Now with saying that it does seem there are a few sister casinos and you need to join them with the same user name and can only use one bonus from one of their casinos. Found that out after the fact but if they had live chat you would know that right off. And when they forward emails to you its not even from their casionos its from a group called ask-ibs.com in the topic so a lot of people havent a clue they are part of their casino. Good luck let me know how you like it i still wish was a option for me to play as i said did enjoy its the root canal i didnt like.

From the email it said off at least $25.
I also have an account at casino lux different usernames are they linked, and does this now meen i shouldnt go a head and deposit.

I believe they are all linked as i said i didnt know it either i had liked the games like when you do with rtg rival mg and so on you join a few dif casinos if ones hitting you play there and move back and forth. I found out month or so later that they are all sister casinos in a email forward to me about player bonus abuse. But at the time i hadnt a clue you couldnt do that i asked them to plse place that issue in their web site and its very vague info for them. Not only that but i got the bonus soon as i made a deposit at these casinos wasnt like i had to email them for it or chat with them as they dont respond to either of that.
