Tragically this looks like yet another casino launching too fast - before they've got everything fully tested & in place. This is just soooooo stupid - they are tarnishing their (future) reputation before they've really got started!
This is one reason why I personally never jump straight in to new casinos.
Give a few weeks/months and I bet everything will be fine.
(Even their affy website looks all 'screwy' - like they haven't finished building properly yet!)

I still say this New Lioncraps Casino!(Thanks Audioz) should offer a no deposit to all the players.It's not a good way to start off with this new one on board.It's down right cheap I think.

Very disappointing customer support. Wrote to them last Monday about why my withdrawal was not flushed despite being elevated to VIP status but no reply came. Suddenly, after posting here last Thurdsay I received a mail saying they will look into it quickly followed by another mail saying about the same thing. Well, it's now Wednesday and no reply. What are these guys up to?
