FWIW, here's my view of why we see more complaints than praise....
Let's put it this way... for me, it's sort of like going to McDonald's for a burger, fries and a Coke. If the burger and fries are edible, the coke not watery, and all are handed to me in a reasonable amount of time, I am content. I didn't expect gourmet, so passable will do. I don't go on bulletin boards and call up friends telling them the food at Mickey D's wasn't horrible today. Why? Because that is what they are supposed to do! Dish out cheap, edible food in fast order. That is why I go there.
If however, the burger is grisly, the fries stone cold, the coke watered down, and it took me half an hour to get it -- then I'm not content. If this happens more than once, I phone the store, leave a message for the shift supervisor who never returns my call -- THEN I write to McDonald's corporate office, and post on bulletin boards.
My advice to casinos... listen to your customers. I dare say most players will complain to CS first. THEN, after no satisfaction, they come here.
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.
