    Weekly Gambling Budget Poll

I'm curious and I'm sure others are also so I came up with an idea for a poll about your weekly gambling budget.

How much on average do you spend per week on your gambling budget?

The poll is anonymous by the way.

    Lightbulb

I would find it better to make the poll for one month and not for only one week, because as an example, i play always at the beginning of a month, when i got my money from my work, with $300 and hope to make it more and if it works, i play with the win in another casino and hope, that the same strategy works, but if not, it was certainly not my day/month

So i can't say, that i play every week with an amount

Sorry bb, but your question is not totally clear.
The wording 'how much do you spend' implies that you always lose it all.
So do you mean how much do you deposit, or how much do you lose per week?

I deposit 50.00 to 150.00 a week depending on how much overtime is on my check ( this is the source for my gambling pleasure) I have been only playing Rival casino's lately because my money seem to last longer there.

For me, it depends what other stuff I'm doing. If I go to the movies a few times in the same month, then that's my entertainment budget so I don't gamble at all unless I can find some freebies. If I've been staying home a lot, then I mix some gambling in with whatever other games I'm playing online.

Ahhh I should have known that you'd be the one who would be sooo picky. lol

Ok.......I meant to say how much do you deposit per week. It's too late for a edit.

You could take your months average total and divide it by 4.......= answer.

Just out of curiosity I took a quick look back at my old notebook (pre-UIGEA).

I now deposit much less in one week (on average, as some weeks I don't deposit at all) than I used to deposit per day. And (pre-UIGEA) I was in the black. Now, (for deposits post-UIGEA) I'm in the red as my meager deposits usually, 9 out of 10 times, disappear in minutes.

    I don't think I was being that picky - there's a huge difference between deposit amount & profit/loss amount.

Anyway, I did a very quick tot up of the 6-months to April; Average weekly deposit = $204.
(Average weekly profit +$172 (thanks mostly to Ladbrokes!))

Thought it was a great poll. My current gambling budget is $50 per week. It's been bigger & smaller, but that is where I am at now. If I win, my gambling budget gets a little bigger.

I like to gamble, and if I can win I can gamble more. Pretty much count the money as spent. But I have been saving my gambling budget (largely) for my gal pal B&M trip to see Stevie Nicks next week since April when I had zero luck there.

I do not always have the time in my life to take the time to go to a B&M, but I have $50 on my pre-paid credit card right now that is burning a hole in my pocket.

And if I (wisely) choose to go to bed tonight, and something else that I want to spend my entertainment on arises before I deposit it all, that will be fine too. A few weeks ago a longtime friend's parents were in town for the day, and I choose to go to Redlobster with that money. Just sign the slip. No risk of identity theft, and the worst thing that happens should it be lost/stolen I am out $50.00
