New MG Casino - worst SUB ever??

    Hey gang

Just heard about a new MG casino 'rich reels' - cool methinks!! - until i see the welcome bonus terms:

Deposits + Bonus) must be wagered 15 times.
    The following chart displays the percentage weighting that each game type contributes to the required wagering. Where the percentage is less than 100%, players are required to increase their wagering of the Deposit + Bonus on that game type;
    E.g. Slots have a 50% weighting, and requires a 30 times wagering (15 times / 50%)

    Games
Wagering requirements on Deposit + Bonus

    Keno and Scratch Card 100%

    All Slots
    50%

Casino War, Sicbo, Table Poker, Video Poker, Blackjack (except Classic BJ), Craps and Baccarat
    10%

    Classic Black Jack and Roulette
    2%

New account holders who accept this New Player Opening Bonus, acknowledge that they accept the above wagering requirements before being allowed to make a withdrawal.

If you accept the bonus and attempt to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, you will be advised to continue wagering and the funds will be returned to your casino account. If you attempt to withdraw more than once (1 time) without meeting the wagering requirements, you may forfeit your bonus and winnings.

The wagering obligations for players resident in Denmark are slightly more stringent, as they are required to wager the sum of the purchase and bonus and additional 20 times on top of those requirements stipulated in the table above, before any cash-in will be permitted.

Geez the MG terms are getting worse by the day

One of the most badly written T&C's I agree.
    What they're saying is WR = (D+B)x15 - which = bonus x30
Slots only count at 50%, so WR on slots is Bonus x 60.

But that's not the worst! At Prime casino the WR is bonus x 80 on slots...!
(And the only other game which counts in WR is Blackjack @ 10%).
    Smile, it may never happen...

Not only that but when I played the Prime Casino SUB and managed to play through the bonus WR without busting, I redeemed 10€ worth of Loyality points as a reward for my gambling. Not only did that 10€ go to bonus balance with the same 80x / 800x wagering requirement but it prevented me from withdrawing my cash balance! So I had to RISK another 800 credits on slots only to be able to withdraw after claiming those 10€ comps. I think it is rogue to punish player for redeeming loyality points.

I also complained to Customer support about this and they replied that they have removed 10€ from my account. Well I had already wagered that 10€ comps into cash so they actually stole 10€ from my account.

And its worse if you are a Dane.

But in case you were confused:

If you accept the bonus and attempt to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, you will be advised to continue wagering and the funds will be returned to your casino account. If you attempt to withdraw more than once (1 time) without meeting the wagering requirements, you may forfeit your bonus and winnings
Now wait a minute, attempting to withdraw is one of the ways I check if I've met bonus requirements And I've also called Live Help, which has advised me that attempted withdrawals will be denied. And that I can check back with live help to see how I am doing.

Most of the T&C's seem to be subject to change without notice. Better check next time I go to deposit at one my regular haunts.

It looks like a Villento white label, with the usual Villento sign-up bonus. It's not a good bonus, but far from the worst SUB ever.

Villento have the worst business sense ever!

I closed my Villento account after losing $1000's in a row. They sent me an email about how I will be welcomed back at any time. I thought that meant they will offer me a bonus if I reopen my account since I did lose a lot of money there.

I sent them an email asking them to reopen my account and forward the weekend newsletter that always contains a 35% match bonus.

They replied saying they are glad I have re-opened my account, but unfortunitly they will not send me the newsletter because I chose to unsubscribe when I closed my account. That is just so so stupid...... what a way to 'welcome' someone back!!!!!
