Possible Softwarebug at "Club Euro Casino" Slot: Phantom Of the Opera"

    Hi There

Yesterday I was palying on a free chip at the above mentioned slot.
I was happy to see the scatter on the first reel...the second reel, the fourth reel...aaaand on the last reel. WOOHOOO...I thought FREE SPINS..I will get rich and famous...(well well on a freechip )
BUT...nothing happens...I looked at the paytable....blablabl scattersymbol on the first and last reel..uhm...ehm....I had the combination. Strange. I kept playing...and after short while...scattersymbol on the first, in the middle reel, AND on the last reel. Errr...nada, nothing, nichts.

I switched the slot...cause..I felt strange about it.

I turned on the Sherwood slot...1 on target, 2 targets, drumroll.....PLING, 3 targets...as a shiny guy I choose robin out of the opponents...the shooting starts. Prize: x-times the betsize...I won 5 times the bet..but I didn`t cared at all, I was waiting of the amount of free spins and the multiplier...
BUT...after the betsize-winning..it changend to the normal slotscreen..and it went on. ???

I wrote the guys at the support - and I thought maybe it was on my .20 betsize or the fact that is a freechip. But NO..this can`t be. I never of this one. And further on, I played some new slots and the freespin-thing always worked.
The will send my case to the tech-team, and I am really curious what they will find.

So...I thought this could be interessting. Or not
I will keep the audience up to date.

    Greetings from the freespin-corner
    Ed

If I remember correctly, to get the free spins feature in Phantom (it's like Enchanted Garden): You have to have a scatter -- the envelope-- on the first reel, and the Wild-- the phantom's mask, on the fifth reel. They possibly have an error in their paytable (I have problems getting that extra, pop up screen to load so I haven't seen the paytable).

Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

Please don`t tell me that is real. That would be more than just a bit embarrassing! I can`t check this in the office.
Well - I wrote this very detailed the supportcrew, and they seem to checked my game-log. So,....hmm...haha. I feel like a bit "run forest run"

Sorry - you're going to be embarrassed! (See below)

However, I think it's TOTALLY LUDICROUS that you have to open a web-page to get the rules & the paytable for the game - have RTG gone completely INSANE???

KasinoKing - Why did you have to tell me this?

Casinomeister - please take my nomination for a quick name-change to
    "He-Who-Even-Cannot-Read-The-Paytable-Correctly"

And...yes, the webside for a paytable is a bit strange, indeed!!

This is the cause of much It is easy to flip to the rules and paytable in the other slots, but the option is missing on these. There is the "help" button, but this can be confused with the general casino help function, as other slots have a tab clearly marked "rules" and/or "paytable".

Perhaps RTG are beginning to worry about the space used by their software on players' PCs, and are starting to put stuff on webpages instead for all new slots.
This new layout seems to have started with "Field of Green".
