Whats so good about 32red?

Just wondered why 32red has been given the CM award 5 times? It was
the main reason i started using them and i have been playing there for
over two years.But my experience suggests that there nigth be better ones out there,so what exactly makes them different to others?

1. Well you could say the software. Its good but there are other
Microgaming casinos

2. Next is the customer support. Well the response is quite
quick and it has live chat but many do.

3. It strikes me, it must be about the how they look after
loyal players and this is where i am a little lost. They have only
ever offered me a small monthly promotion (£32! usually). I know they
have a VIP room and i recently upped my game there and in the last
three months wagered over £80 000 – did most of my monthly playing
there. I enquired about the VIP room and they respond with we value
you game play and every player is different but continue playing and
we may consider you. And why is every player treated differently?
Surely they should have standard criteria for everyone.

Correct me if i am wrong but it feels like they are just encouraging
players to continue to play and lose and then use this carrot that
there is an exclusive club but with no real intention of allowing you
in. They could be a little more transparent about the conditions. I
get the impression they are waiting for me to lose several thousands
of pounds and when I am all out of funds offer me this club. Which
incidently, I have no idea if it is any good anyway!

I feel a good casino rewards loyal players continuously as and when
they play. This encourages them to play more and chose one casino over
another. 32 red meanwhile appears slightly disloyal in this regard and
is using this CM status as you need me rather than we need you. This
is a short sighted way of working with its customers and I don't quite
understand why more players choose not to play at 32red.
So that's my experience anyway. So why would anyone chose 32red over
other casinos?

Well, i'm from the U.S. i don't play there, but i can give you some objective thoughts from my experience on this forum:

No one ever really complains about them and players always have great things to say about their management and cs. I don't even play there and i have a great impression of them so they must be doing something right. Trust me, if the CM award was not well deserved, there would've been a huge uproar many times over. And ever since i have been here, most people just seem to say, "yup, they deserved it again." I'm sorry i can't give you more details, but it is an outsiders perspective that i am sharing.

Ladbrokes customer service is awful for a start.

If you send Ladbrokes an e-mail, you only have a 50-50 chance that they will reply to you.

Hi everyone, Well, Bash, I can give you numerous reasons, but I'll just give you a few of why they are #1 and prevail. Firstly, I was having some computer problems, nothing to do with the casino except for the fact that I was having problems connecting to a couple casinos and when downloading some other software (again, nothing to do with 32 Red) well, Jonathan and Domenic and a few other reps, but mostly these two, spent hours and I mean litterly, hours, trying to help me fix my computer. They were patient and supportive and when I was ready to give up, they didn't. Also, I had some mix-ups with mine and my Moms accounts. This was pretty serious and completely innocent and they helped me out and let it ride, when I know any other casino would of blocked us out until we provided numerous amounts of ID. Also, if you are not happy, you dont ever have to ask for comps. If you email or call and explain your experience, they will graciously offer you comps. I had helped Hannah out with a problem one of the other players was having with their computer. She asked me what I did to fix mine and I emailed her the info and she "again" gave me comps. This was uneccessary as I really didn't do anything. But, it just goes to show you how generous they are. I only deposit small amounts but that doesn't seem to affect how they value me as a member of their casino. They are quick and always polite. Their gaming is more than fair. These are some of the reasons they excel.

Well Ladbrokes would get my vote at the moment due to their excellent promotions!
But as others have said, the CM award is not about freebies - it's about Customer service & satisfaction, and I would agree that 32Red are top of the pile in this respect.

I think it's something 'political' due to the close relationship between the USA & the UK, or as I recall it may be something to do with being publicly listed on the stock exchange...?
Anyway, no UK based casinos that I know of allow American players.
It's all totally ridiculous & I look forward to the day when all this restriction nonsense is lifted.

Just for an update since posting i have begun to understand why 32red are so good! Within 30mins of posting i had a response from the rep here and he has been PM'ing me with sound thought through discussions about the various issues i brought up.

More than anything else he was prepared to listen and run with an idea that was mutually satisfactory. It felt individual. I guess people are right the CS is fairly exceptional- i can't think of many other casinos that would offer such service.
