Hi everyone, Well, Bash, I can give you numerous reasons, but I'll just give you a few of why they are #1 and prevail. Firstly, I was having some computer problems, nothing to do with the casino except for the fact that I was having problems connecting to a couple casinos and when downloading some other software (again, nothing to do with 32 Red) well, Jonathan and Domenic and a few other reps, but mostly these two, spent hours and I mean litterly, hours, trying to help me fix my computer. They were patient and supportive and when I was ready to give up, they didn't. Also, I had some mix-ups with mine and my Moms accounts. This was pretty serious and completely innocent and they helped me out and let it ride, when I know any other casino would of blocked us out until we provided numerous amounts of ID. Also, if you are not happy, you dont ever have to ask for comps. If you email or call and explain your experience, they will graciously offer you comps. I had helped Hannah out with a problem one of the other players was having with their computer. She asked me what I did to fix mine and I emailed her the info and she "again" gave me comps. This was uneccessary as I really didn't do anything. But, it just goes to show you how generous they are. I only deposit small amounts but that doesn't seem to affect how they value me as a member of their casino. They are quick and always polite. Their gaming is more than fair. These are some of the reasons they excel.
