Yeah that's the thing, you genuniely feel like they listen, unlike most other casinos. I think my first ever post here was to do with a problem with 32 Red so it's not like I am singing their praises all the time myself.
The issue was resolved and I got the impression they genuinely took on board what I had said and didn't just give me the corporate bollox like yes we value your opinions etc NEXT and then not pay the slightest bit of attention. Oh the fact I ended up a considerable amount richer due to it was a nice bonus but hey

Most other casinos just seem to read from a script and they literally don't listen or read questions you ask. It's as if certain key words trigger an auto response from them. The ability to actually listen, read or think for themselves just seems lost on them. You ask a question about something and get the standard response......even though it doesn't even answer your question, pointless.

Being from the UK, I may be considered biased but many UK companies have brand names. Names that where around long before the internet. They have standards and are expected to keep them up. If not it is national news, a scandal.

Look at absolute poker. That would never have happened with sites like Ladbrokes or William Hills. If it did, the companies who have went down the pan & charges brought.

The UIGEA brought out the worst of the worst, they are breeding due to the need of american players.

On a further note, the service of many of these US owned sites (offshore based) has always been poor, the only plus side was the increased numbers from a poker perspective.

Any player who is not restricted should stick to companies/sites that have a strong brand name & a bit of respectability.

I have never seen a site on meisters rogue list which I would consider a UK household name. It wont happen to the bookmaking/gambling industry & if it does it will because of outsourcing via a third party.

It happened to betfair. National news but it wasnt the betfair company who was doing the fixing, it was peer to peer transactions.

If US players ever do get back in, go with the proven and tested sites.
