Our customers are receiving their payouts, slower then liked but they are receiving them. Moneybookers and UseMyWallet and Eco Card withdrawals are being processed within 24hrs and wires have just started to get fluid and can be received in approximately 10 business days from now on, and we are hoping to bring that time down. If in anyway we felt that we could not payout our customers we would close our cashier of course.

Yes I got paid in good time via Moneybookers as well to be fair but that is no consolation to those waiting Weeks to be payed I guess.

So unless someone from the USA comes in here and says "yes, I use XXX and have been paid in XX hours/days/etc. I will presume that everyone is ok and good to go EXCEPT Americans.............no surprise there............

Hi All, I have to applaud Jade for all the help that she has given to me. There were numerous PM's between us and I always received a rapid response answering my question(s)
The service has been slow but I feel that some of the problems have been outside their control on my withdrawl and received my final payment today from my initial withdrawl of $20000 in early July. I found the chat operators to be very helpful and respectful and would have no qualms about using the casino again. I may be one of the fortunate ones compared to others, but I have had a lot worse experiences with other casino's. PT

It took them until august 20, five days later to answer my email asking if they were received. footdr: then they said no, yet my emails were not returned, so they must have been received jessica: your emails were recieved and will be reviewed on monday footdr: normally when my emails are not received to a person I have sent them to, I get a notice from hotmail"could not be delievered". But I did not get that notice when I first submitted these documents on 8/15. footdr: yes I know these were received. footdr: thanks anyway Based upon the above response(I have put in bold type) the accounting department must not be the same individuals who process cashins 7 days a week. Apparently there is an "accountling" department that processes your ID documents and Fax back form( which is rediculous anyway unless perhaps it was a credit card deposit) and a different Department that processes Cashins. YEA RIGHT! No problem taking your Deposits though. What a Crock of you no what! |

I do go wild at time it's true...but Id like to say that I did go back to Rushmore and made couple more deposits.
I ve won a tiny little bit and it was in my account in less than 12 hours. than lost it back![]() I was as usual high rolling at 10 to 20 "CENTS" per spin ![]() It must depends on how much you have won footdr.... |

Why let this issue interrupt your weekend? If I were you, I would just enjoy myself and get my money next week. Close the account after receiving your dues and patonise Clubworld only. |
