Often, this is to hide a problem with their processing department, and can lead to players thinking the casino has a serious problem. Many may remember the notorious HippoJo RTG start-up. Had all the right credentials, yet they began experiencing payment problems, and trotted out excuses saying "you will be paid soon" to players. It turned out they were indeed hiding something - they had gone bust!!!! It took months to sort out the mess, and I am not sure if players ever received ALL they were owed. Quote:

I'd like to try this casino, but would want them to add EwalletXpress as a deposit and withdrawal option. I already downloaded them thinking it was an option, but found out when I went to deposit that it is not.

Rushmore
I have played there a few times & didnt see anything wrong with the site. I havent made a withdrawal yet tho,so wouldnt know about that. I had to uninstall it for some reason, now I cant reinstall it & dont know why,cause I can install any other casino thats online but that one,whats with that? Ive called Rushmore about this & they say its on my end. I did like playing there tho,& hope to play there soon if I can get it installed.

I played for the 1st time today and had a great experience. I won and had a chat because I deposited with quicktender and it wasn't available for withdrawals. The agent took my quicktender account # asked me to fax my docs, change my withdrawal to checks (they can't do that anymore) and by default they would send my money back to quicktender. Well voila, back in my account in less than 12 hours.
Great customer service!

I had a terrible experience with them, I played $140,000.00 (maybe more) with them in a matter of just 4 months, when I tried to make a 4,000.00 withdraw, first they said my documents were unclear, then they said they never received them, I emailed and faxed them 2 times, I never received a response to any of my emails, and when I tried to chat in the chat box I was always rushed and told to call accounting tomorrow, I was told that everyday for 2 weeks and when I did finally speak to someone in accounting they said they would TRY to get me paid soon, it would take a couple more weeks and they could only send me 1,500.00 a week..I feel they should have bent over backwards to keep me playing there...Imagine if someone just played a few hundred and won big.. I hope this helps you make up your mind.

Well this is sure to be a very unpopular post..........but.......here goes.......so does anyone see how ludicrous it is for a casino to accept deposits from players KNOWING FULL WELL they cannot reciprocate in kind by paying winners?
Come on Rushmore........be innovative..........close down the cashier to deposits when you cannot process payouts! You do have a free play mode, don't you? Fair is fair...............
