I thought I would give this place One last try without bonus and the slots played much better this time.
I managed to turn £20 into over $300 at one stage without any single big hits somehting I have only ever come close to at 3 Casinos since I have played online.
I still had to wait about another 500 spins to trigger the Achilles feature though, that must be close to a record.
Down to $60 now and when you are on bad run it is very bad (hideous infact) but to get up as high as 15 times my initial deposiit is quite a feat so when they are hot they are hot and when they are not....RUN!
I have decided to try a withdrawal to check out how long it takes to get into my MB account but you cant cashout until they have approved your docs so if you want to play send in your docs straight away.

I would feel the same way if I were you no doubt but since Jade is responding to players concerns on this thread and admits the delays are unacceptable as well as promising players will be paid it is worth waiting to see if they can sort things out but then I am not waiting to be paid I guess.

This is "chickens coming home to roost" so to speak. Rushmore started with limited withdrawal options, and this means that non-US players are unable to use their usual methods to deposit and withdraw, and thus they are clogging up the limited Moneygram quota. Losing 2 of three withdrawal methods has not helped, and had their been more methods from the start, this loss would have had far less impact.

Players don't like being kept waiting, too many have been bitten by casinos that delay payments while saying "you will be paid" that they only believe it when they see it. Many will see it as merely a stalling tactic for an eventual non-payment, and this is because there are some casinos that DO just this in order to stall a player over a payment issue. Often, this is to hide a problem with their processing department, and can lead to players thinking the casino has a serious problem. Many may remember the notorious HippoJo RTG start-up. Had all the right credentials, yet they began experiencing payment problems, and trotted out excuses saying "you will be paid soon" to players. It turned out they were indeed hiding something - they had gone bust!!!!
It took months to sort out the mess, and I am not sure if players ever received ALL they were owed.

This is refreshing though, there is a problem, but it is out in the open. It is only a problem with a Moneygram contract, made worse by the unplanned loss of the other two options. Nothing here makes it look like the casino is hiding something worse, and thus players can alter their depositing and withdrawing to cope with this problem. Players who can use Moneybookers should, and players that have to use Moneygram to receive withdrawals should consider holding off, or only having money in Rushmore that they can afford to wait for, do not rely on receiving withdrawals for any financial commitments.

I would also like to see Neteller added. I do not have a Moneybookers account, and the events surrounding PKR and topoor have put me right off opening one simply to try out Rushmore.

I'd like to try this casino, but would want them to add EwalletXpress as a deposit and withdrawal option. I already downloaded them thinking it was an option, but found out when I went to deposit that it is not.

Rushmore

I have played there a few times & didnt see anything wrong with the site. I havent made a withdrawal yet tho,so wouldnt know about that. I had to uninstall it for some reason, now I cant reinstall it & dont know why,cause I can install any other casino thats online but that one,whats with that? Ive called Rushmore about this & they say its on my end. I did like playing there tho,& hope to play there soon if I can get it installed.

I played for the 1st time today and had a great experience. I won and had a chat because I deposited with quicktender and it wasn't available for withdrawals. The agent took my quicktender account # asked me to fax my docs, change my withdrawal to checks (they can't do that anymore) and by default they would send my money back to quicktender. Well voila, back in my account in less than 12 hours.

Great customer service!

I had a terrible experience with them, I played $140,000.00 (maybe more) with them in a matter of just 4 months, when I tried to make a 4,000.00 withdraw, first they said my documents were unclear, then they said they never received them, I emailed and faxed them 2 times, I never received a response to any of my emails, and when I tried to chat in the chat box I was always rushed and told to call accounting tomorrow, I was told that everyday for 2 weeks and when I did finally speak to someone in accounting they said they would TRY to get me paid soon, it would take a couple more weeks and they could only send me 1,500.00 a week..I feel they should have bent over backwards to keep me playing there...Imagine if someone just played a few hundred and won big.. I hope this helps you make up your mind.

Well this is sure to be a very unpopular post..........but.......here goes.......so does anyone see how ludicrous it is for a casino to accept deposits from players KNOWING FULL WELL they cannot reciprocate in kind by paying winners? Come on Rushmore........be innovative..........close down the cashier to deposits when you cannot process payouts! You do have a free play mode, don't you? Fair is fair...............
