Thank you for clarifying this. In your first reply the "at the point of withdrawal" was a bit confusing for me. Now your second reply clearly explain your procedure regarding bonus-handling. But...

I'm quite sure this is the general rule for all casinos offering play bonuses.
I'm quite sure this is not. At some places it is not even technically possible to submit a request for the full amount. Or if it's possible and you do so, your request will be rejected.

This is the problem Playtech REQUIRE you to withdraw WITHOUT including the bonus, which you leave behind. As your withdrawal is confirmed, you will see the play bonus vanish from the balance as the screen refreshes.

RTG works differently, you should withdraw EVERYTHING, and the bonus is removed behind the scenes by accounting when payment is processed.

Gerilege lost out to this misunderstanding, having left behind not the bonus, but part of his cashable winnings. He then deposited again, needlessly binding this with the WR for a new coupon, which he then busted out on.

Casinos with play bonuses should ensure that their procedures are clear, as not every player "knows" how each software works, and may be basing their actions from what other casinos do "as standard".

Adding more deposit options could encourage a large influx of new players going for that $888 bonus. I suspect the lack of the popular Ewallet methods is inhibiting many non-US players from joining at present. Currently, it seems credit cards are the only realistic options, but this means eating HUGE currency conversion charges, especially as payment would be by cheque, which the bank would charge a fortune for clearing if it is in Dollars, as well as taking weeks to clear it.

A previous post implies that Rushmore cannot pay back to the method of deposit, and must pay by cheque, so even using Click2Pay and/or Citadel is a non-starter for me.

From my play at RTG, when there is a cash balance in my account, this is not tied to WRs for new deposits + new bonuses so I dont exactly follow this unless the rules are not the same for different RTG casinos.

I believe that not even all RTGs do it that way, or at least it happened to me at 2 non-rouge, non-accredited RTGs. My request for the full amount was rejected, and I had to request an amount of (balance - play bonus).

As for the payment options, I completely agree with you. Moneybookers would be fine, Click2pay would help for some.

tesla has been spending a lot of time in the forum
I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a tracking number. Support says it will come around, but I'm getting a bit irritated at how long it is taking.

Rushmore

I haven't played at Rushmore lately (or anywhere) as lightening took out my computer 2 weeks ago, but have deposited quite a bit there. I use a prepaid Visa from Walmart that isn't accepted at any other casino as the cards' t&c states not to be used at gambling establishments. Kind of makes me wonder!?
