My Experience with Rushmore

Lo and Behold..I get an email saying "we received your email and after careful consideration, we decided to lower the minimum deposit to $20"

How's that for customer service?
Tried to deposit yesterday, using my prepaid Visa. The minimum deposit amount was $30.00. I received an error, which said to contact Customer Support. I contacted C/S and chatted several times. The C/S person was very nice, but didn't know why my deposit was declined. This would have been my second deposit with them. They had some really great deposit bonuses. Again, went to a Rival, my deposit went through just fine.

With my first experience, I kept getting kicked out using Quicktender. Again, spoke with C/S they said that they didn't know why, and their processor's were fine. Went to Club World what do you know, my deposit went through just fine. So went back to Rushmore, my QT deposit went through.

Very Frustrating, to say the least.

Okay, being from the US our options are very limited. I do not get it, why is it that we rarely receive any special promotions. Please read the Exclusive Bonus section. How many give anything to the US Players? You will find that the Casinos will offer, $20.00 ND to join. But sorry No US. At the beging of the thread, I see where a few players have mentioned this to Rushmore...Has anyone read where they were offered a reply??

Just my opinion.

Cash outs with Rushmore

If you accept a bonus onto your account and then make a win, the Bonus amount will be deducted from your winnings at the point of withdrawal. So if gerilege received a withdrawal without having the bonus amount removed it must have been an accounting error. Under our rules the Bonus is supposed to be removed and to my knowledge always is. Human error has allowed the bonus to withdrawn in this circumstance noting more. Hope I have cleared this up.

Processing errors

In response to Robertsgirl.

There have been some processing problems occurring throughout this weekend, I can only presume at the time when you contacted CS they were not yet aware of the problem. I have been in contact with our processing Reps and they are having some configuration errors that they assured me would be resolved asap. Towards the end of next week will will have a third processor that will be independent of the other two and this will insure in the future we are less likely to have any depositing problems that widely affect our customers. I do apologize for any inconveniences and hope you will give us another try after this situation has been resolved.

Question

What's about a deposit option with moneybookers?

I think you'll get much more customers, when you make this as an deposit option, because you're the first RTG Casino, which doesn't accept this

Yep and if your customer support is okay, your casino and Club World will be the dominant RTGs for the future.

The above description doesn't describe my case, although it might be also an accounting error.

I have not received a withdrawal without having the bonus removed. Nor was the bonus deducted from my balance at the point of withdrawal, it was left on my account. I had a balance of "x"+"bonus" and I requested a cashout for "x". After a few days I got an email that my cashout request has been approved. My account balance was still "bonus". I thought I would play again, so I made a new deposit, my account balance became "new deposit" + "not removed bonus" + "new bonus", I played and lost it all, so my balance became zero. A few weeks later I received a cheque for "x"-"not removed bonus", although it was approved for "x". I believe that if I have an approved cashout for "x", I should receive "x", and not "x"-"some old bonus".

When you request your winnings to withdraw the bonus amount will be removed (from the amount you selected to withdraw) regardless of if you left an amount equal to your bonus in your account or not. Whenever requesting a withdrawal with us you should request the entire amount and be aware that when your winnings are processed any bonus you used in attribution to your winnings will be removed. The bonus is never placed back to your account, the removal at the point of withdrawal is the end of the line for the bonus. I'm quite sure this is the general rule for all casinos offering play bonuses.

I am going to speak with the deposit manager today about this, and I'll keep you updated to the results.
