Biggest problem is that you dont accept moneybookers. I would love to play at another RTG.

Confirmed, the courier delivered a cheque this morning CET.

I got an EUR cheque instead of USD and from the EUR amount it seems that in my case the bonus amount was not deducted from my account when the cashout was approved, but it is now deducted from the value of the cheque finally sent. Don't know whether it was only for me, or general practice, but good to know that it might be the case if you play here.

It's exactly written in their T&C:

"This is a Play Bonus - the bonus credits are for wagering purpose only, and only winnings from the bonus (and not the bonus itself) may be cashed out. At the time of a cashout the amount of the bonus will be deducted from the balance."

The problem is, that they have very often connection problems, beause even when i play in FUN Mode, the connection get lost very often in one day and sometimes you can't log in about some minutes, or even some hours!

Thank you for the warm welcome,

I have a sincere interest in improving the company that I work for in any way possible so I welcome any constructive criticism that you may have (I would love to hear some good stuff too ). I am open to help any of our customers in a personal way if for some reason you are needing further assistance than what the customer service can provide. My position is as the fraud manager so I am quite a busy woman as you can imagine but the company's best interests are always my priority so I will try to help as much as I can. I will be checking in on the forums as often as possible and hopefully posting frequently.

Thanks for the reply, but you didn't get my point. I had a balance of x+bonus, and I requested a cashout for x, which was approved, and I was left with a balance of bonus after the approval. After that I made some new deposit, and lost. Then the cheque was finally sent, but only for x-bonus, not for x. So the bonus was not deducted from the balance, but from the approved cashout (i.e. I have a transaction in my list for a cashout of x, and a cheque for x-bonus).
At some places you have to submit your request for x+bonus, at some places only for x. At Rushmore you seem to have to request x+bonus, but it would be nice if the rep could please confirm this.
