    Rival

I had been making deposits an not claiming
the bonus well this 1 rival casino I had a problem
lauching it so I emailed support they replied
with a very nice email asking what browser windoes etc
I replied they sent back some suggestions on fixing
I tried them an went with their last instruction
did a uninstall an a reinstall deposiyed $50 an lost lol

ok so here is where I am puzzled I emailed them
back an told them ty I did the reinstall deposited an lost
    they replied with

    "Dear Cindy ,

    Thank you for contacting us.

We have added a 3005 promotion over your last deposit, also we would suggest checking your promotions in the cashier as you still have 3 no deposit promotions that you may claim once you are done with the current promotion.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

    Have a nice day.

    Sincerely "

so I was playing along doing quite well
an thought hmmm I bet I could cashout now
    so I emailed them

"How do I know when I have met wagering req?"

    This was their reply

Please note that unfortunately you cannot view the remaining wager required to be able to withdraw.

You can try to make a withdrawal, if the system allows you to do so it means that you have met the required play through.

You can also contact support and have them check you wager for you."

now why couldnt they have just told me what I had wagered right then an there
but what good would it have done me as they cant tell me how much I needed to wager to begin with
so I just played it all out not giving a darn
an wont play at a RIVAL again

    Cindy

This is why I wasn't claiming the bonus all along

    I am Woman
I want to know what it cost
How much my man has to pay
An how long it will take to get
not I dunno we cant tell you

Yea I agree with you Cindy about the fact that you can not know what your remaining wagering requirements are...and that really sucks...I love playing at the Rival casinos but not being able to check myself what I have remaining to wager really pisses me off...

They need to set it up in the cashier where you can go in and check for yourself just like MG did and like RTG did later...that should not be too hard for them to do and further keep their players happy...There have been several times that I am sure I could have cashed out but having to stop playing and either sending an email or having to pick up the phone an call was not my first choice of options...

I agree this is very annoying that you can't see how much you've wagered

But... if you go the the cashier page & click on the link to the T&C's of the promo you are playing, a little message at the bottom of the screen says something like "The wagering requirement for this promotion have been met" (if they have, obviously).
Not as good as a proper system, but you don't need to contact support to find out if you can withdraw or not.

point noted and I will pass it on. I have dealt with some players who were upset they thought they met the wagering but didn't since they would use things like comp points as a reference but sometimes we give out double comp points, etc...

I am certain you can go to live chat to ask and they should tell you.

what for a Rival Casino is it Cindy ?

"How do I know when I have met wagering req?"
Please note that unfortunately you cannot view the remaining wager required to be able to withdraw.

it gives two ways to check it:

first: if you click on your promo that you have claimed there stands whether you have met or not met the cashout requirements.

KK was a little bit faster to answer it

second: at your history (wagers) you can count your wagers and add it by yourself.

it is a little bit laborious and need a few minutes but you will know how much you need for your remaining wagers yet.

surely it could be showing easier how much your remaining wager is but it's a technical thing and the Casino must think about.

Thanks Zodiac but as I stated above
I didn't actually claim this bonus I emailed
them about a software problem the casino
would not upload for me so I didn't know the
wagering or the actual promo as they replied
with this when I said I had to reinstall the casino

i keep a rough tally of the number of spins / wagers so that i have a general idea. i also use the cashier to check the promotion i am using because it does tell you whether or not you have met the wr. support will also give you the exact wr left through the chat so it hasn't been a big issue for me, but i agree... it would be nice to be able to check the exact wr yourself without having to go on the chat.

it would be nice if you get a bonus that you dont
opt in for that you find out that you got thru a email
they could tell you the wagering req. in the email that
tells you hey we put a bonus in here

    Hippo I do that
    $2 xs 20
    $2.25 xs 65
    etc etc

but ya gotta know the wag req before you can do anything

    Thanks all an Good Luck

    Cindy
