I have had more players contact me recently than in the past to get their withdrawals. It's not necessarily that the withdrawals never get there, but the games that are being played and some of the rumblings I hear from 'down under'.

Issue #1: Player cashes out, is never contacted about the cashout, cashout never arrives.

Followup Issue #2: Player asks support about the cashout, support says it is 'pending' or is already processed (even though they likely didn't even look into it)

Followup Issue #3: Player contacts support via support email and never gets a response from them.

Followup: Player finally contacts me, because it is known that I help those in need at any Player Preferred Casino. Lately it is taking them more than 2 days to respond to me. When they respond:

Followup Issue #4a: Casino Support / My Contacts - say that the player needs to send in ID documentation. (even though the player has never been notified of this)

Followup Issue #5: Player re-contacts me because they still haven't been paid (this usually happens, lately, 3-5 times).

Followup Issue #6: Casino Support / My Contacts - say they will get back to me (doesn't happen)

Player MAY get paid, but I usually either have to wait for a PM thanking me or have to request a response from the player to see if payment was made. Typically, at this point, I have to go back to the casino and find out why payment hasn't yet arrived.

(This is NOT always on a NEW player... and doesn't always relate to ID verification)

KK - I am not saying that you won't be paid. I am saying it is taking longer for a lot of players and I am having a very difficult time getting a hold of them anymore. There is much more information that I have gotten through sources that don't bode well, but those are just rumors until I have verification of facts.

NOW - question about location. The owners are based out of Australia, the payment processing out of Singapore.

No need to worry the doors have been closed and locked.

Yep, they are no more. I know they had some 'invitation only' casinos, but I think those are closed own as well.

They were also looking to peddle a new poker platform (from what I had heard) while the casinos were not paying players. Not sure where that's at, though.

I hope they sell their slots over to Lasseters (I think they run the same backend software as I recall). They were awesome slots.

    I agree.
It's a total travesty that this software was allowed to go to ruin.

Someone told me that some Bingo rooms had some of the Player Preferred slots - but I haven't had the chance to follow up that rumour properly yet...

Yes a few of the bingo halls do have the same slots, that was what attracted me to this casino in the first place.

Looks like they 'live' at the 888 Bingo skins. Here are a few links to some previous games and some that were 'coming soon' at Hype:

    and

    xxxhttp://www.getmintedbingo.com/skin/games_super_slots.php

You can probably search for 'super slots' and 'bingo' and find all the skins out there, by the looks of it.

Very interesting. I wonder if 888.com purchased the rights to all the Player Preferred slots? Would be interesting to know!
