Question Just a quick question on casinos

I was just wondering if you had a very good lucky streak at an online casino would they eventually suspend your account if it kept happening, for say a month or 2 ( I know thats unlikely but possible )???
    Any replies greatly appreciated.

Maybe you should give us a bit more details?
Which casino did you play? Did you use their bonuses? Did you ask 'em what happened? Did they answer? Maybe they have marked you as "bonus abuser"?
It sounds like a complaint, but it is still not clear what are you asking us for?

I have no complaint with any casino I have palyed so far, no problem with bonuses either. I have had an unlucky spell at one place but a good run at another 1 you see which makes me just ahead and I am still playing at both at present. It's more of a ' what if ' query that I have, how long a casino would let you away with a good spell thats all.
    Cheers for replying.

Well unless you are the first person ever in the entire history of the world to find a way to consistently beat a casino game I would say it's very unlikely you would get banned from anywhere.
Casinos like winners because it's good publicity, and because they usually come back for more... and lose!

    Take care & be lucky!

As long as you're above board, no reputable casino will stop you. I've had extended periods that I couldn't lose if I tried. I seemed to win every game, every bet size and at every casino for a month or more. But the higher you rise the farther you fall. A winning streak is just like a David Copperfield act - the closer you get the more you realize its an illusion. Danger could be right around the corner if you're not careful. All that said, bust their balls for me too!!

I am actually bonus banned from BetFred for winning too much on their slots! They didn't lock out my account or refuse to pay or anything, just got REALLY unfriendly. Sucks for them, since that makes me not come back and gamble my winnings away.

We would certainly not close accounts/ remove bonuses simply if a player was winning. Quite the opposite. If a player has won money from the casino we want to keep that player as happy as possible so that hopefully they continue to play with us. Closing a players account for winning would not be good business.

    To Slafs,

I was concerned to read your post because I do not like the idea that any of our staff members would be unfriendly to any individual, winner or loser.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and I would be horrified if any of our staff were unfriendly towards you.

All correspondence with players is recorded (phone/ live help) and I would be happy to review your account if you confirm your username via private message.

    Thanks,

    Ian.

I don't think any legitimate casino would close an account simply because you're winning - like everyone else has said, it's very good publicity, especially if the winner agrees to have their name and details published. I don't dare think about whether or not some places can adjust their payout % on certain games though, but then again that is why I stick to the big name companies...just in case!

I have taken quite alot out of 32Red lately, they paid quickly and everything was good - I kept playing and lost a little back...that's how it should be! I'm just waiting for Pay Day so I can hit them again :P
