hey all/Newbie here from the uk. After reading this thread,I feel i have to make my 1st post. Ok after playing poker at ladbrokes for about 12 moths now, I was winning a good income.And also having great fun transferring money from my poker account in to the casino account. Playing the slots I had the odd nice wins and the not so nice wins lol . Anyway after withdrawing to much (needed the funds ) I left my poker roll very much exposed/ And ended up transferring the last 1000 bucks bit by bit on the slots and it was my worst run ever. No problems tho. Im well up with what i withdrew in last 12 months at poker. But in the casino i estimate i lost in the region of 10k plus (ouch) Anyway still no regrets UNTILL THIS. In last week i have exchanged 16 (yes sixteen) emails with ladbrokes.Explaining i have not taken 1 promotion in all my time there untill last month .when they done the 100 free spins to EVERYONE. Well as you are now aware; i was down on my luck . So i emailed them about this free promo,It was late febuary,they tell me its finished and they doing a new one/ So they give me 100 free spins on tomb raider at 1pence a line @ 5 lines. Great every one else got 100 lines on osbournes at 1p @ 10 lines lol . Anyway i won about 8 pounds and soon lost it all again. So back to the 16 emails. Explaining how much i lose each month , And beging for some free spins as im down on my luck. Well in end i said look enough is enough.All i want is some free spins untill i deposit again at weekend. So please stop messing me about and answer my email simply by a yes or no ? They replied back for the very 1st time in about 5 minutes (normally wait 12 hours or more ) There reply was sorry we have no promotions for you at this moment ? Now i was in a rage.Feeling total hulamation(cant spell) I just let it go and unistalled there casino. I lost about 500 pounds a month there.And they couldnt sort me a few spins out. Its very very sad if you ask me. Also with the poker rake . Ladbrokes was making 3000 dollars a month out of me.Up to january. So in nearly a year they made close to 50k lol / Ok i have won on poker.But thats not the point is it ? So for the sake of a few free spins (10 pound at most lol ) They now have lost my bussiness for good. Im deposting this weekend . I also told them that(fell on deaf ears lol ) But unsure where to deposit ? What would you all do ? I do like my poker on lads,As i find it easy winnings. So deposit at poker only ? And find a new casino ? Sorry for rambling on lol. Its not a bad 1st post is it. Anyway nice site,And one day i might be able to put some winning screen shots up lol. bye for now. hushda x

hi dearest friend, i want to tell you if you lost , it means you did not play well. otherwise you could be won in this game. it is a game of luck or mind . till where you can think or imgine unimaginery things. if you are really apset after this evil thing so i suggest you one time you play online game i visited here, before i also lost in game but i got tricks and information from here.

I agree with most of the things in your post. However, it would be even better if you had paragraphed them. Getting old now so it's not easy read for me.

Back to Ladbrokes, their promos are great but they have poor customer support. If the same happened to you at 32 RED, I am sure Pat would have given you a free $300 chip with no strings attached. There have been a couple of threads on the poor service Ladrokes rendered to its' customers at the beginning of the year. Dont expect it to get any better. If you can play at 32RED, it's a much better choice unless there is more fish at Ladbrokes, that is.
