I decided to email them back explaining about how I play for fun, never cashing out and therefore there isn't any real risk in giving a comp. Infact don't casinos love players like me because I just keep spinning until the balance reaches $0 regardless of any nice wins I hit?

They replied saying that although I don't cash out, I am receiving game time. Also the 35% weekly bonus seems to be a big deal to them.

I think casinos with this kind of attitude will never compete with the likes of 32Red & 3Dice ect. They've just got it all wrong in my view.

Even if they were a completely rogue casino they should still have given me the Free Chip as it's far more beneficial to them than me in the long run.

Another example of the weak management many online casinos have. I have been whining about it for years. You have a license to "print money" and put some half brain in charge. Just doesnt make sense.

I too now refuse to ask any casino for comps or bonuses the last time I asked was when I really needed a lift I hadn't been able to play for weeks and kindly asked a casino of which I'm also a VIP if they could kindly give me a little extra to play on. I was sent a 50% deposit bonus on my next deposit.

Needless to say I never deposited there again and since have no longer asked for perks as I felt so small and humiliated.

Well I'm not shy about asking!! Any of you reps that want to give me a bonus, just PM me and tell me the details!! I'm not a whale or anything, but I usually drop at least high five figures each year online. So let the offers start rolling in!

Thanks for saying that bb. I felt like maybe I was whining a bit. You would think that they would understand the good PR they would get if they just did this for me.
I am also not afraid to ask for free chips so if Enzo is reading this...

This is from Villento? If so that sounds like crap and they
do not care about happy players as much as I thought...
I guess I need to re-evaluate my opinion of that casino.

Game time? This costs them nothing yet they are using this as a cheap excuse to deny you a free chip which would have done much to cement your relationship with them. If I were you, I would maybe deposit $50 and run off with a win of $20 or $30 just to irritate them. That means you win a little and a bit of their so-called Game Time. My God, what else will they think of next?

I thought it was just a question of how much....maybe $10 or $20. They replied saying unfortunately they will not be offering me a free chip.

When casinos really care about their customers who deposit and play noone should have to ask for a bonus the casino should automatically give bonuses to show appreciation to their players. Especially when they take a bad beat as this seems to be! Treating a customer like this will cost the casino in the long run.

I guess the way they see is that it doesn't matter if I win or lose because I am paying for the enjoyment of playing there. It's a very strange view point I think. If this was true then there would be no reason to play for real money. Why then offer a play for fun mode?

They also mentioned my deposit to bonus ratio. This is just stupid. I only usually make one deposit a week at any casino (as I get paid once a week). They offer a 30/35% weekly bonus instead of a 100% monthly so of course this is gonna mean a higher deposit to bonus ratio. But it's all completely irrelevant because I never cash out. They just don't understand this.

They did crack and give me a $10 chip, which actually felt worse than receiving nothing because of all the shit i've been through with them.

Perhaps if they were a member on this forum then they would be more in touch with reality.

Anyway i'm done with them, time to move on
