Hi Matthew23! That should not have happened.
I think you got a lazy support person who had no
power to give free chips. If you are not totally over
Villento, try going to their live chat service and ask for
a manager or email with the subject:
    "VIP Service or RETENTION TEAM"

I would explain you are a loyal player, never ask for
anything and this would be a nice gesture if they would
    like to keep your business.

The best way to get back at a casino is never deposit there
again, but in my experience Villento keeps most of my players
happy.. you could give them a last chance to fix it or
just uninstall and save your money. GOOD LUCK either way!

John from TIV was helpful and pm'd me about some technical issues as well.... and that's before i even thought of signing up there (as a result, TIV was the first Rival i signed up at.) I've had a very pleasant experience at TIV as well and am just waiting for the connection issues to be resolved when the servers seem busy. No problems at Pantasia so it seems to have to do with the upgrades. I know both John and Enzo put in a lot of energy, and have heard Pat (32red? right?) also goes the extra mile. Like i said, it can't be an easy job. You don't even need all the fingers on one hand to count the good ones which is kinda sad if you think about it.

Just 10 minutes after I posted this thread lastnight..... I received a pm from John at Thisisvegas. To cheer me up he offered me a free chip even though I didn't even have an account at his casino. I was very surprised by this

It was the first time i've played properly at a Rival casino and I had a lot of fun. At one stage I was up $190 with the free chip ( of course I did lose it all again but thats besides the point).

I will diffinitly be playing there a lot more!

Hi Matthew23! That should not have happened.

I don't think i'll email them again I would feel like I was begging....I shouldn't have to explain to them why i'm worth keeping. It's just not worth the hassle...

Damn Matthew, that's so cheap of them. I really like Villento and I'm surprised by the reaction. I just built up about 1800 and blew it back to them this weekend. They have a crappy bonus system that takes forever to build up even a couple of bucks. Like I said, I got to play awhile with around $10 bets at a time and I wound up with $70 in bonus money.

I am not shy about asking for comps now and then as I spend alot of money at the couple of places I play at. (Just ask Enzo or Ellen at 3D!!HAHAHA) What's that old saying about people being "penny wise and pound foolish"? Seems to apply to alot of these sites. Amazing how many brain dead people gravitate to this industry!?!?!

I hope you don't mind, but fired off a quick e-mail to the Villento affy team pointing them to this thread.
Personally I think they were being very stingy and short sighted at best.

Like everyone else has said in this thread - nobody expects casinos to give you a ton on free cash, but it's these small gestures which help keep players happy. If I were a casino manager keeping the players happy would be my first priority - happy players will keep coming back!

Thanks KK, I know I said I wouldn't email them again but just before your post I emailed them asking to close my account. I explained to them the reason.

From what I gathered from their reply they seem to be saying that because they offer a 35% weekly deposit bonus ....this means on the times I have claimed this I have accumulated an acceptable amount of 'bonus credits' and therefore I am 'simply not due' any extra reward.

I can, just about, see the point they are making with that, but I still don't see what the harm was in crediting me with a free chip The fact still remains that i've lost so much at the casino.

Anyway I'll just leave it at that. I've made my point.

They do have a terrible loyalty program. Claw your way to $2 bonus money and then have to deal with WR. I think it is a joke on your account page with Villento where it shows how many stupid bonus points you have and a meter that says I have to wager so much in the month to maintain my "platinum" status. If all I get is this measley bonus money I get off all my wagering, I have to wonder if platinum rusts!!!

I forgot to mention that I opened an account with TIV 2 years ago and every now and then they email me and tell me I have a free $7.00 chip. Maybe every 6 months or so.
I have never even deposited at this casino! Only because I have trouble purchasing. As soon as I can purcahse, you bet I will be playing there!

I have 650 loyalty points at Casino Grand bay. I asked them if they would bump me up to 1000 so I could redeem $10. You cannot redeem $5.00. They refused. "Rules are Rules" is what they said. I wont be playing there again. I know they can't just give out money whenever someone asks but I have deposited probably $30,000 there over the last few years. Maybe I'm expecting too much.

I would say that you aren't expecting to much, that is really disgusting for them to behave that way. Your story really takes the cake!
It just escapes me how they can justify this sort of behavior. Do they not have any one there who has an inkling of common sense?

BTW........I wasn't going to mention it in the open forum cause I wasn't sure if I should but since others did, John from TIV made me a happy gal last night and while we are on that subject there is another MGR who goes beyond the call of duty, IMO. Enzo @3 Dice and John @ TIV.......hats off to you both.
With Enzo it was a completely different thread and it came to me as totally unexpected.

I haven't put a lot of money into either casino, so it was a very nice surprise but you can be sure that I will remember my little gift. Stuff like that means a lot. It makes you feel as if they value you and want your business and more than that it makes you feel as if you aren't just a number.
