They have way too many connections problems.
Actually almost all Rival casinos do.
Every frikkin time you hit a 100x spin the software freezes and you have to restart the casino........and you are lucky if you can start playing after 3/4 attempts.............all this happens very often and specially if you are playing scary rich.
Very much annoying.

I was reliably informed that Rival are switching to bigger & better servers in the very near future.
Can't come a moment too soon IMHO.

Been having a really fun time at Thisisvegas, but the only thing i do notice is that the server sometimes seems way overloaded with cases of non-stop reel spinning at times and having to reconnect once in while. Once this is addressed, it will make a huge difference in the smoothness of the game play.

I was wondering about that. I asked customer service if it was me and they said try back in an hour. It does suck but can be a good thing sometimes.

I wont play at Superior for one reason - they have max cashouts on their DEPOSIT bonuses

Fair enough on free chips, but not when you put your own money in!

I'm happy to find out other people are having the same connection problems. I try not to play between 7 pm and 10 pm EST.

I only have issues with Thisisvegas and connection. I also heard there is a server upgrade coming soon and I think that Superior will be making many changes to the better in the near future so don't write them off just yet

Not that I know of.

........and on a free chip of 20 I made a cashout of 350 if I recall.

Yup - here it is from their terms:

� Courtesy Tokens must be wagered 20 times in Slot machines prior to cash out. Maximum payout on a Courtesy Token is 10 times the amount of the chip after meeting play through requirements (unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise). Your account balance will be reduced to zero after making the withdrawal. Wagers occurred in other games than Slots will void any winnings.

� All deposit bonuses have maximum cash out that will vary depending on the percentage of the bonus

I uninstalled that this is vegas thing the other day and noticed it was deleting hundreds of screen shots in the process, stored in the casinos folder. I wonder if this feature is what's causing the other Rivals to crash on 100X bet win. Some weird error writing the screen shot. Someone with it still installed check out the folder and see what those shots are.
