They just keep breaking my heart with all their mediocre support, Crap Crackers, Silly Scratchcards, and Hopeless hearts.

    Today is Valentine's day, and.....

    Ladbrokes,

    You're DUMPED

    I'm "seeing" another casino now

Oh, my....That sucks. A "Dear John" letter on Valentines day! :sniff:

Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

More like a "Dear Ladbrokes" letter

Perhaps they should have thought of that after giving me 2 ZERO hearts, followed by yet another "bloody fiver", and then not even crediting it!

Had the promotional games been better, I might have gone out on further "dates", but not if all that is on offer is that Mark of Manure and Craptacular Wheel of Poverty.

Well things have certainly taken a turn for the better here!
I wont reveal my latest lot of scratchcards in case VWM sends round a lynch mob ... so I'll just say I am now well in the black, despite losing £151 to-date on Mark of Manure

I switched back to playing Crapactular Wheel of Wroth, but had good results Friday (+£1), and yesterday (+£37).
Yesterday I was amazed to get the 3 bonus symbols NINE times in 119 spins!
Not only that, the 2 times I actually picked 'WOW' & went to the wheel it gave me x800!
Here's the second one @ £1 (the first one I was only betting 50p):-

I mean, how rubbish a promo is one where they advertise the following prizes...£0, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 & sometimes ipods...but you play it over 3 months and not once win anything better than a tenner.

They should be honest and admit that either some customers have been selected to never win anything big, or that the chances of any of the top half of the prizes being won, are a thousand to one or suchlike.

I feel your pain... And even hitting the 10£ was rare. Like I said before I am not quite sure it is random. Did you wager close to the minimum requirements?
I think the bonus depends on your wagering and maybe loss as well.

yes minimum mainly - but a few times I tried wagering triple or so of the required...made no difference to the card.

This sucks. What they should at least do is to give you an extra card if you string up 2 noughts in a row. At least this frustrates you less.

It's just dawned on me how KK has been receiving all the juicy cards.

He has been up all night and day banging away in his cubbyhole making personalised keyrings for all the customer support agents at Ladbrokes!!

    Nice one KK!!!
